food today is as follows:

DAY - GREEN

Breakfast:
Magic porridge and some mixed fruit

Mid Morning Snack:
home made soup, nectarine and a bite of sw quiche

Lunch:
wm cheese and pickle sandwich and a big pear

Dinner:
Meat free bolognese and pasta

fruit salad with some scan bran carrot cake through it and an Irish Yog over the top

HEb's:
35g oats and 60g wholemeal bread

HEa's:
30g cheese at lunch

SYNS:
0.5 on a tsp of pickle
0.5 on a piece of scan bran cake
prawn hoops and crosses - 4
freddo - 5

10 for the day

managed to get myself some of the Dorsets simply nutty muesli tonight for £1.09 in my local B+M...wanted to try it for a while but never wanted to pay £3.49 for the box so couldn't resist it at that price!
didn't realise it doesn't have raisins in it til i got home...booo to that cos i love raisins :(
not to worry though eh!
not sure 35g will be a lot so prob need to try it with some fruit and yog and see how i get on...all trial and error but maybe mixing up the HE's will be a good thing? x

Definitely a good thing mixing the hexs up! The nutty muesli is nice I'm sure I've seen it to buy in pound land too x

oh really....
i've done a few green days this week but have used my 2nd B for different things other than bread when i'm at work.
will try the muesli over the weekend, even half the allowance maybe. i like splitting them sometimes cos there are days when you feel like you've had so much more ;) x
 
What a bargain on the museli! Looking forward to seeing if you enjoy it! I'm so bad with my hex b - far too reliant on a good old cherry bakewell alpen!! :)

i had a wee drop with fruit this morning...it was nice for a change but god, no where near enough! lol
i like the alpen lights but going off the cherry bakewell ones which is strange cos i LOVE cherry bakewell...well, big fat, full of calories cherry bakewell tart i mean lol.

the lemon ones are good, and the fudge or apple ones too :D

i like to split my HEb when i can...sometimes it seems like i'm getting loads more depending on what i have x

well...i've pretty much done nothing all day which was fine at the time...but now i'm sitting here bored out my head!!!
OH is watching the football which is giving me the rage but i daren't say anything or i'll cause an argument lol...off to polish my halo for going against what i really want to do! pmsl

food today hasn't been that exciting...i've struggled with what i've wanted most of the day and nothing's been a decent size to fill me up for a while so i've just wanted to eat rubbish all day...main thing is i HAVEN'T so...yay! go me!

DAY - EE

Breakfast:
fruit salad with yog and 17.5g of Dorsets nutty muesli
egg in a basket

Lunch:
(wm) pizza toast. had this topped with ham, onion, pepper and cheese and it was good..but i was super hungry when i sat down to have it so it felt like it barely touched the sides lol

Dinner:
tesco e/l choices sausages, sw chips and beans
leftover fruit salad

HEb:
17.5g Dorset's muesli
30g wm bread

HEa:
30g cheese

Syns:
1 on the sausages
0.5 on scan bran carrot cake
5 on a freddo
4.5 on special k crisps

10.5 for the day...and that's good going consider i've wanted EVERYTHING in my cupboards today!

well..today's been another hungry day for me today...not quite as bad as yesterday but i did drool over some thortons chocolate tray bake yumminess that my OH demolished...damn him for being able to eat what he likes lol.

anyway....food is as follows:

tuna mayo with spring onion, salad and sw chips

Dinner:
chicken,gammon & king prawns cooked with onions, peppers and left over spring onions served with rice and curry sauce (also cooked with onions)

Left over fruit salad and yog from this morning

HEb: 3 wm crackerbread and 1 hifi rocky road bar

HEa: 1 e/l laughing cow cheese tri and 2 babybel lights

Syns:
1 on scan bran cake
0.5 on mayo
3 on a mni malteser bunny
4.5 on hoops and crosses
2 on curry sauce (50ml of mayflower)

11 for the day
 
hey diary...

just on quickly to update today's menu...feelin like sh1t with the dreaded star week which has made an appearance early this month :(
dunno how that will effect WI tomorrow....going by previous months, i tend to have a loss before i get it and then a STS (or gain) the week after....but i've never been weighed just after it's arrived so just need to wait and see i guess.
i've mixed my healthy extras (B) up a bit this week and wanted to see if that helped or not....damn you body for deciding to do what you want! lol

DAY - RED

Breakfast:
fruit salad with yog and scan bran cake through it

Lunch:
3 egg omlette with bacon, cheese, mushroom, onion, peppers and tomato

Dinner:
Gammon, sprouts and carrots

fruit salad

HEb's:
1/2 scan bran cake/17.5g of dorset's muesli
orange hi-fi bar

HEa's:
30g cheddar (used in lunch)
not sure if i'll have anything else between now and bed

Syns:
freddo - 5
hoops and crosses - 4.5

9.5 for the day
 
ah the joys eh! lol. at least i know that it's not anything i've done wrong if i happen to not like what the scales say....and the following week might look better??
just need to wait and see...fingers crossed x
 
reporting in with a wee half lb off for me this week.
not sure if i'm ok with it or not lol...but i wasn't sure what to expect seeing as my period came early. had hoped to see what effect mixing my HE's up a bit had but not sure if that's a good reflection so will try the same again this week and see what happens for next WI.

it's a loss and so it's still a step in the right direction :)

anyway....today's food....

DAY - GREEN

Breakfast:
fruit salad with yog

Lunch:
salad with boiled egg, sw quiche, cottage cheese and a spoonful of savoury rice

Dinner:
baked potato, cheese and beans followed by left over fruit salad with some muesli through it

HEb's:
17.5g dorset's muesli and 1/2 a carrot cake
1 alpen light and 1 hifi bar

HEa's:
30g cheese with dinner
not sure i'll have anything else

Syns:
hoops and crosses - 4
fun size mars bar - 4

8 for the day

have enough syns left to have a slice of raisin loaf that my OH got yesterday....i LOVE stuff like that and i had to leave the room when he toasted some this afternoon...the smell..it was absolutely divine! lol and i want that with butter all melted in....but i won't....enough syns or not, i'm not sure i'd be satisfied with one slice (5 syns) so i'll just leave it....now where's that polish for my halo ;) x
 
They always say 1/2lb off is better than a gain or sts but it doesn`t always feel like it eh. Keepyour eyes on net week xx
 
hey folks....

posting quickly, today's food...i've had a couple of things i wouldn't usually have and to be honest, i've enjoyed them today. nothing exciting...just different :)

DAY - GREEN

Breakfast:
cold boiled egg and a nectarine first thing then magic porridge and a pear when once i was at work

Mid Morning Snack:
home made sweetcorn soup. this is the 1st time i've made it and it was lovely. usually just make lentil but this is a keeper (although less salt next time lol)
bite of sw quiche

Lunch:
mugshot, a bite of dahl loaf and a tangerine

Dinner:
2 (morrisons) meat free burgers, sw chips and spaghetti hoops
fruit salad

HEb's:
35g oats
1/2 scan bran cake and 1 hifi light bar

HEa's:
not much today...just 1 babybel light

Syns:
1 on the meat free burgers
4.5 on special k crisps
5 on an orange aero biscuit

10.5 for the day

rice with fanta chicken sauce - packed with carrot, onion and peppers

more fruit salad (with leftovers for tm morning ;) )

HEb's:
17.5g of oats and an alpen light
2 slices of wm bread

HEa's:
30g cheese

Syns:
0.5 on pickle
5 on a freddo
4.5 on hoops and crosses
