lol...phew! even after i posted i kept thinking hmmm...is my leg ok...did i hurt it and had posted about it before?? lol

nothing much planned...might be out for dinner at the weekend but if we are, it'll prob only be to the carvery so won't do too much damage ;) x
 
yeah...i've made it a few times but tonight was the 1st time without the chicken.
prefer the fanta chicken and have had that without the chicken when doing a green day with rice and sw chips.
my sauce didn't reduce down as much tonight though but usually it gets the thumbs up in here ;) x
Hmmm sometimes that's happened with my curries, it's strange you do it exactly the same all the time and sometimes it doesn't turn out x
 
awww what a busy day it's been today.
been shattered all day and never stopped....hadn't even left the house this morning and i couldn't wait to get back lol.

glad it's almost the weekend though!

anyway...here's today's food...

DAY - EE

Breakfast:
wee drop fruit salad and picked at some seafood sticks before i left for work. then had magic porridge once i was there

Mid Morning snack:
home made soup, a pear and a nectarine

Lunch:
cous cous with chicken tikka, spring onions, peppers, tomatoes and cucumber through it.

Snack:
square of sw quiche and dahl loaf

Dinner:
Pork chops (no fat), sw chips, mushrooms, onions and grilled tomato

HEB:
35g oats

HEa:
nothing yet but will prob have a 20g cheddar stick or 3 babybel later on

Syns:
1 syn on a piece of scan bran carrot cake (not sure its as much as this but its 6 or 7 syns for the whole thing and i cut it into 10 pieces so 1 syn will cover it)
4.5 on special k crisps
5 on a freddo

10.5 for the day

bowl of fruit salad with some pineapple activia 0% yog over it (yum!)

Lunch:
sw chips and cheese with a side of egg mayo....bit of a weird concoction i know, but i just fancied it?? lol
nectarine

Dinner:
Fanta chicken sauce with onion, peppers and carrots served with egg noodles
left over fruit salad

HEb's:
half a carrot (scan bran) cake and an alpen light
hi fi light and....not too sure yet...maybe a slice of wm toast before bed??

HEa's:
30g cheese
plus an extra light laughing cow cheese triangle if opt for toast before bed

Syns:
1.5 on scan bran cake
4.5 on hoops and crosses
0.5 on e/l mayo
3 on a mini malteser bunny

9.5 for the day :D
 
hey folks...
bit of a late post for me tonight but we're just in...we went to the carvery hours ago with friend's...it was nice to catch up and i'm glad to say that i only had dinner...no starter or pudding (even though everyone else had 1 lol) and spent most of our time there drinking diet coke ;)

anyway...here's todays food:

DAY - EE

Brunch:
fruit salad and yog
breakfast quiche and beans (quiche was a tesco e/l choices sausage, 2 bacon medallions, an onion, tomato and mushrooms and 3 eggs. chopped everything added the egg and baked it in the oven) halved this with my OH - it's a winner with him too ;)

Dinner:
(carvery)
had turkey, lots of veg, 4 small potatoes and a teeny tiny bit of gravy

HEb:
1/2 scan bran carrot cake (minus the syrup this time so syn free)
hifi light bar

HEa:
nothing yet but might have a 20g cheese stick if anything before i go to bed??

Syns:
0.5 for the sausage - well, less than that seeing as i halved the quiche with my fella but can't really count 1/4 lol
not sure how many syns for the 4 wee potatoes i had or for any of the veg at dinner....but i've got 21 saved from thru the week plus today's so i'm not stressing....not really eaten too much today compared to other days think i should be ok??

just popping on with today's menu seeing as i've decided what i'm going to have for the rest of the day.

it's a lovely day here today...was in bed late and up early so pretty tired but done all the things we need to and now back in time to chill....really should cut the grass but i did it 2 weeks ago and i reckon my OH should have a turn lol.

i've taken some pics of food today - but it's a hassle to post cos i'm having to email them to myself from my fone then save them onto the laptop then upload them from here...dunno that there's a quicker way seeing as i never post on here from my phone...hence the reason i don't really have any pics of what i have.

DAY - RED

Breakfast:
fruit salad and yog and 2 eggs in a basket....these were lovely, just lined the muffin tin with ham cracked an egg into that and put them in the oven. nice for a wee change

Pizza toast - wm toast with tomato puree, onion, mushroom and peppers and my HEa cheese

turkey breast, 115g baking potato (boiled) carrots and sprouts
left over fruit salad

HEb's:
1/2 scan bran carrot cake/1 slice wm bread
115g baking potato/15g all bran golden crunch cereal

HEa's:
30g cheese

Syns:
seeing as i never had a pudding last night...and reeeeeallly wanted one, i'm treating myself to a packet of Revels tonight for 8.5. they've been in the fridge for 2 weeks so should last me slightly longer than usual if they're solid and i need to sook them lol
packet of prawn hoops and crosses

12.5 in total.

tomorrow is WI for me...after last week i'm just not sure what to expect. obviously i'm hoping for a loss....and a good one to counteract last weeks ar$ehole gain, lol, but guess we'll need to see.
i know myself i've stuck to plan and if i'm getting to the point that i'm gonna be stuck or struggling to get past a certain bit...then it's time to reassess.

to be honest, for the last few weeks i've swithered whether to cancel going to class and keep doing what i have been myself...it's not physically possible for me to stay at class so other than have access to the hifi light bars, i feel i'm giving someone a fiver to walk in, stand on scales and leave....and i could do that myself saving £4.50 if i went to boots every monday?

dunno...just a thought...and i know there's more than enough support on here if i was looking for the latest info on things.....

hope everyone's had a fab weekend...will report back later...or tomorrow with the dreaded WI results lol x

well... i am pleased to announce my 3lb loss this week...phew! thank god!!! lol

so that's the 2 off from last week...and an extra pound to keep me happy ;)

had a bit of a stressful day today with one thing or another and have literally not stopped...didn't leave the house and it was all silly things that were stressing me out but i need to get them all done today to save me additional hassle through the week and when i'm working too.

anyway...won't start off on a big rant...cos i'll never stop lol, but here's today's food:

DAY - EE

fruit salad with coconut muller light

Lunch:
made salad and had it with a spoonful of savoury rice, ham, boiled egg, sw quiche and cottage cheese. picked at it over a space of time and didn't finish it all but that's what i made

Dinner:
wm roll with pulled pork and lettuce
left over fruit salad from this morning

still can't decided whether i like the pulled pork or not...my OH loves it but it wasn't my favourite tonight and i ended up leaving some of the roll as it had gone soggy with the sauce...YUK! lol

HEb:
wm roll

HEa:
nothing yet...might have some cheese before bed

Syns:
freddo - 5
hoops and crosses - 4.5

3 ryvita wholegrain crackerbreads

HEa's:
30g cheddar in the mac and cheese
1 laughing cow e/l tri (on my crackerbreads)

Syns:
aero biscuit - 5
special k crisps - 4.5

nothing much to report at this end other than i'm sooooo glad the weekend is in sight...isn't it funny how as soon as monday appears, we're counting down the days lol

anyway...

made smash pizza but put scwartz garlic and italian seasoning through thinking it would jazz up the base a bit...wasn't keen :(
"pizza" was topped with tomato, onions and peppers (meant to have mushrooms and sweetcorn but having left them out, the heat in the kitchen had completely mouldified my mushrooms and the sweetcorn smelt gross!!
had it with salad and then some fruit salad a wee while after that

HEb's:
35g oats
1/2 scan bran carrot cake and 1 hifi light bar

HEa's:
30g cheddar on the pizza
whatever cheese was in the pasta at lunch (even though that was counted in yesterday's A choice)

oooh before i forget...i'm having a sandwich tomorrow for lunch and had picked up the warburtons 400g wm loaf. usually i just get morrisons savers wm loaf cos 2 slices works out at 60g and it's quite near a "Normal" sized slice.
anyway, any time i've had the 400g loaf, i have 2 slices but today, for some reason, i weighed the slices and 2 was only 42 grams!!!
instantly thought of all the times i've been bumped lol.
added another slice which took me just over the 60g so took the top crust off of 1 slice and divided my cheese over the 3 slices which means i can maybe have a wee bite of that in the morning or have that extra wee bit there if i need it throughout the day?....

something to bare in mind seeing as we're allowed 60g of any wholemeal bread/roll as a B choice x
