awww what a busy day it's been today.
been shattered all day and never stopped....hadn't even left the house this morning and i couldn't wait to get back lol.
glad it's almost the weekend though!
anyway...here's today's food...
DAY - EE
Breakfast:
wee drop fruit salad and picked at some seafood sticks before i left for work. then had magic porridge once i was there
Mid Morning snack:
home made soup, a pear and a nectarine
Lunch:
cous cous with chicken tikka, spring onions, peppers, tomatoes and cucumber through it.
Snack:
square of sw quiche and dahl loaf
Dinner:
Pork chops (no fat), sw chips, mushrooms, onions and grilled tomato
HEB:
35g oats
HEa:
nothing yet but will prob have a 20g cheddar stick or 3 babybel later on
Syns:
1 syn on a piece of scan bran carrot cake (not sure its as much as this but its 6 or 7 syns for the whole thing and i cut it into 10 pieces so 1 syn will cover it)
4.5 on special k crisps
5 on a freddo
10.5 for the day
