If I could weigh in monthly or something without letting it take me off track I honestly would. Those weekly fluctuations can be horrible. I'd just be careful you dont find yourself slipping back into bad habbits, i know i need the accountabiluty of a weekly wi to keep me on track x
i know...i totally agree and that's what's making me wary...BUT, i am generally quite good at sticking to plan and if i could do that, and keep up what i have been doing, i think it would be nice to just have (what should be) a loss every WI...and avoid those un-necessary mind games?
dunno how realistic it is for me...i would either be ok, want to have a wee peek but be good...OR i'd risk thinking, oh it's ok, i won't see the results of x,y,z until whatever date...and that's when it could be dodgy lol
never bloody ending saga this weight loss sometimes eh lol x
