DAY - RED

Breakfast:
an apple, a banana & a yog

Lunch:
cold boiled egg and some ham

Dinner:
melt in the middle burger on wm roll with lettuce (e/l mince, babybel cheese)
sliced strawberries with yog poured over

HEb's:
wm roll
hifi bar

HEa's:
1 babybel cheese
16g bag of cheddar nibbles

Syns:
ketchup - 1
wotsits - 5
funsize crunchie- 4

DAY - EE

Breakfast:
mixed berries, chopped banana and yog

Lunch:
BNS & falafel salad
popcorn

Dinner:
chicken curry, mushrooms, pepper, onion and noodles

HEb:
hifi bar

HEa:
nothing yet...maybe a cheddar stick before bed?

Syns:

DAY - RED

Breakfast:
an apple, a banana, a yog & a marshmallow/vanilla honey monster stick
(tried these today for the 1st time...they are so yummy (a bit like the rice krispie squares) you get 2 for a HEb...seem a bit naughty.
got mine from poundworld. i picked up 2 packs, tried one then decided i was going in for the last 4 packs on the shelf. noticed the best before was jan and seeing as i figured they'll still be ok, mentioned it at the till and i got the 4 of them for £1.
so 6 packs for £3....7 in a pack...yaaas! lol

Lunch:
chicken salad (from baguette express) (chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper, onion, beetroot, boiled egg slices and a sprinkle of grated cheese)

Dinner:
sausages, bacon medallions and poached egg on wm toast
fruit salad and yog

HEb's:
2 x honey monster sticks
60g wm bread

HEa's:
grated cheese with the salad at lunch

Syns:
sausages - 1
brown sauce - 2
wotsits - 5
funsize ripple - 4.5

12.5 for the day

great news on your loss....i'm dying to weigh myself but still haven't :D
so far so good re me not weighing but still sticking to plan. noticed a difference in a vest thing that i wear (under my onesie usually - to stop the chittering when i goto the loo ;) lol) so hoping to have lost something by the end of the month even with the wedding weekend i have coming up soon.

wish i'd measured myself cos maybe then i'd be happy noticing inch loss if i didn't have the result on the scales i wanted - now or before.

anyway...what'll be will be eh!x

Good on you for not weighing :) and if your sticking to plan you should be losing. Its always good when clothes feel lighter... do u have a specific date your weighing??? X

was going to try and hang off til the end of the month.
last weighed on the 31st january....so wanted to try for 4 weeks.

got a wedding the week before that but really, i'm hoping to see something off even though i'll be off plan for that - my thinking is that if i weighed weekly, i'd prob have a big gain if i weighed a couple of days after that but by waiting, surely there will be some difference...and i won't know there's been a gain in between? lol

don't feel as stressed about it though....and i'm really glad i haven't thought stuff it, i'll just do success express leading up to my visit to the scales...cos that would be so easy to do! x
 
DAY - GREEN

Breakfast:
1/2 syn roulade with some fruit salad & yog

Lunch:
vegi wrap "pizza" (Bfree wm wrap, pepper, onion, mushrooms and cheese)
sw wedges

Dinner:
egg "fried rice" cooked with spring onion and petit pois and some quorn fajita strips, pepper and onion
sliced strawberries, banana and blueberries

HEb's:
Bfree wrap
hifi bar

HEa's:
30g cheddar

Syns:
roulade - 0.5 (didn't eat it all but if i count it now, i won't when i nibble away at the rest ;) )
mini milky bar - 3.5
crisps - 5.5

9.5 for the day

Loving the food pics Hun! Roulade for breakfast is fab isn't it :) last time we made it I had it for breakfast x

i really like the roulade now i'm used to it, been making it a lot and can get 2 out of a tub of quark cos i just spread yog on it (rather than sweetened quark) then sprinkle frozen raspberries on it.
made it last week with the butter frylight...yuk, i thought it was awful :( miffed...what a waste of money!

it's handy to cut a wee slice if i'm hungry but meal times aren't too far away...this was nice this morning tho :) x
 
Hey Miss K - just checking in after, your food is looking great, especially that vegy pizza - yumbo!!!

You are doing so well, staying completely on track and NOT weighing yourself - I hope you stick with it and get great results!

Yeah I'll second what everyone else has said, your motivation is fantastic. Just shows you can do this without putting yourself under that scales pressure every week. Can't wait to see how you've done though when you have your WI, bet you'll be over the moon! xxx

i've got a weekend at a wedding coming up so if i was weighing weekly (on the monday straight after) i'd expect something negative on the scales...this way, i'm hoping not to! lol

i only tried it to make the roulade....and it was all i could taste :(

i didn't throw it out...just moved it into the cupboard but i'll give it a try for the basic "frying" of veg or whatever...can't imagine you'd taste it that much with normal stuff...thing it was just cos when you make the roulade, you spray it onto the paper then it just cooks straight onto it?

i'll give it a try on other stuff and report back to confirm if it's been a total waste or not ;) lol x

don't seem to have eaten much today compared to other days. not sure how many calories in total but surely less than the daily recommendation?
had a banging headache for most of the day...nothing's lifted it and it's all down the back of my neck and worse when i put my head down :(
maybe a tension headache but hoping it's just a sleep i'm needing....so the aim is to get to bed at a decent time!

hope everyone's doing really well :D x

Urgh you poor thing. Stress headaches are the worst! Loving the discipline with the scales huni! I'm way too much of an obsessive to keep off them that long! :) quorn burger looks yum...hope you manage to shift that headache ok! Xxx

i don't have scales at home cos i would never be off them hehe x
