I was late to Zumba.
Oops.

The boy wouldn't get up... and then he really got 'up' and I ended up being late leaving haha ;)
Then every single slow person was out on the roads, in my way, heading back home,
But I got there about 10 minutes into class.

Then I had no coordination and the instructor was like "were you out last night?" and I was like "I wish I was to use it as an excuse" haha.
I got there in the end though.
Better late than never.

And he was like, there won't be enough time.
And I was like yes there will... get on with it.
So he wasted the time we could've been catching up in, telling me there wouldn't be enough time to catch up.
And then when it was too late, he decided there was enough time.
But by that time I couldn't say no.

Hey hun will you put your boy down and give me 1 of your inspiring talks coz ive messed up!!! It goes abit like this. Yesterday mornin i woke up with sum serious hunger pains but i ignored them and got thru the day without piggin out. I had al my points but just couldnt stop thinkin bout food. So today i woke up stil realy hungry. Had my lunch and fruit went to the gala and resisted the bigest jumbo hotdog with cheese. I had a cornetto for 5 points. Came home had my tea and sum quavers and that was my points dun. Came up to bed coz i was starvin and then found myself going down for the biggest cheese and ham sarnie uve eva seen. had that with sum monster munch and ive just polished off a big bar of fruit and nut:( ive just felt realy tired and crappy these last few days. I want to wake up tomoz in the same mindset i did a few week ago when i couldnt wait to get started on my ww journey. I just dont want to fail. I dont want to get to thursday and feel gutted coz il have another gain. Whats dun is dun for 2nite and il start again tomoz. Think i need a kick up the bum and your wise words hun.x

Firstly, you did amazingly well avoiding the hotdog with cheese. Am very proud of you for that.
Secondly, you do indeed need to remember that tomorrow is a new day.
Wipe the slate clean.
You've been doing so well, don't give up now.
Just think of the big picture - think of the compliments you'll get when you're at goal.
You are almost halfway there.
Next time you have a craving for something, try having a glass of water first.
Sometimes thirst is mistaken for hunger.

Maybe you can set up a deal with your oh.
For every point you go over each day, you have to put a quid in a jar, and he can be in charge of it.
You'll soon learn to not binge cuz it'll start costing you a fortune.
Maybe put it in one of those tins can money tins that the only way to get it out is with a tin opener.

And for the rest of the week, you're on damage limitation, and do exercise to counteract the binge.

It's not a problem.

Get some mini goals sorted out. Stick them on your fridge.
Get your pics of when you were bigger and stick them on there as well.

You can do this!
I believe in you.
You are a will power puffer.
Remember how well you did giving up bread and crisps and how proud you were of yourself?!
You did that.
Not us.
You did.
You can be that strong again.

You did the hard part by avoiding the hot dog. You did brilliantly there.

Very pleased you've hidden the scales - you are definitely putting too much pressure on yourself.
I secretly weighed myself on my home scales on friday - just to see what they said and they said 10stone10.
I completely got off them cuz I knew that was a complete lie.
It really is different scales causing different weights, and I'm blaming my STS this week on that.
Because my friends last night were asking if I'd lost anymore weight as I look skinnier than I did last weekend, but I hadn't according to the scales on Thursday - so it's not always about the numbers - remind me of this next time I'm feeling sorry for myself because I haven't lost.

I did like what Serena said on the other thread about retrying PP.
I find it very easy to follow - but then I have no experience of the old plan, so I don't have the two to compare.

Glad you're feeling positive again though.
I know how hard it is to just want to eat.
I've been feeling it quite a lot just recently - I was even feeling it last night.
And I could've easily bought takeaway when my bestie and the boy were in there.
It smelled so good, but I resisted, because I want to hit goal more than I want a 2 minute snack that I'd feel guilty about afterwards.
But thinking I'm gonna treat myself to one, along with my pick & mix, on my birthday/when I get to goal - if they're not the same, I might split them up - birthday takeaway and pick & mix goal treat.

you give the most amazing advice and support!

Hello hello hello.

Long time no post.

Lot going on last few days.

Thursday - Stayed the same at the scales, was absolutely devastated, then had a rubbish day at work.
It appears to be a rubbish week in general for everyone I speak to - everyone's had an off day or two this week.

Friday - I appear to have forgotten any of what I did on friday - I'm sure there was some work involved haha.
I think I was on a late at work - so was doing a few bits and pieces at home.
The boy went to see his friend, but then rang me and invited me over cuz he wanted to watch the next episode of season 1 misfits and I've banned him from watching it without me.

Saturday - I was late for Zumba.
Definitely all his fault ;) and then everyone was just in my way on the roads. It wasn't busy, but the ones that were out were sloooooow.
I had the day off work so went to see my grandparents for lunch.
Then headed to tesco & morrisons to see what bargains they had.
Also I'm doing the tuck shop shop for youth club this week and was after seeing what was on offer to get for that.
Got to Tesco & they're having a clothing sale.
Snooped through the rails and found a few tops and a couple of dresses for me, and some more tops & 2 skirts for my sister.
Each of them just £1 each!!!!
I picked up a cute little size 8 dress for my sister, tried it on and it fitted (quite flowy) so kept it and wore it out last night with a pair of shiny/wet look leggings my sister had given me ages ago because they were too big for her.
So my outfit last night cost me ONE POUND!!! Bargain or what?!
Beat that Serena =P
I haven't got a pic of it though - was too dark in the toilets haha.
My friends liked my dress (and the leggings), the boy said I looked good too (he really enjoyed the leggings ;) haha) and the bouncer at the local pub that I get on well with said I looked good and asked if I'd lost weight.
Was delighted to be able to say yes.
Also bumped into an old work colleague who said I looked good as well, and called me a slim jim :D

I had the right munchies last night and didn't have any points left.
However, in the pub (it's a wetherspoons) they sell fruit bags, so I bought one of them and snacked on that.
Then the boy and the bestie went to one of my fave takeaways and ordered food.
She bought my current fave thing to order in there - a cheesey chips naan and he bought a chicken tikka roll.
They both smelled so amazing.
I could've actually ordered one as well.
I almost ordered a salad pitta, minus the pitta, but didn't bother.
Thought it'd be a bit weird, and sometimes when I'm craving eating, actually eating makes me feel hungrier.

Stayed at the boy's again last night (that's every night since wednesday night this week haha... oops).
Then went straight to work from his.

Work went really quickly, very warm, but was good.
Until about half an hour before I finished work and I got extremely hot, dizzy and light headed.
Went for a sit down in the staff room (once I could actually walk somewhere without feeling like I was about to fall over) and luckily I'd packed a couple of snacks in my bag in case I was asked to work a bit longer than I should've been doing.
Then it was pretty much time to come home once my head had stopped spinning.

That's it.
Sitting inside doing nothing - which I really don't want to be doing.
It's glorious outside.
Should be outside enjoying it.

Day off tomorrow as well, which is cool.
Then working 830-1230 tuesday and 415-815 on wednesday, so well practically a day off again between them two.

How's everyone's weekends going?
Anyone gone to the beach in this beautiful weather?

But got nothing to do.
Could go out for a walk.

I think I'm starting to slip on my diet though =(
I've just caught myself aimlessly eating grapes, just because they're sitting there.
I know they're 0pp, but I still shouldn't be scoffing one after another, especially when I'm not hungry.
Just boredom eating =/
Think I'm defo gonna have to get out of the house.

The weather was gorgeous, and I went brave and put on some size 14 short shorts that I bought in tk maxx about 18-24 months ago and never wore because they were a little short and tight.
Put them on yesterday and felt great in them.
So I'm definitely no longer a 16 on bottom. Somewhere between a 12 and a 14 depending on style and cut etc, which I'm quite pleased about.
On top, I'm probably a 10-12 instead of 12-14, so that's good too.
And I got out - went for a walk with the boy to tesco - surprise surprise haha.
I love going out walking with him, just chatting away about stuff.

The naan is the most amazing thing ever!
And it's just ginormous and like only £3/£4.
Even I used to struggle to eat it and I have (had?) a big appetite.
Although again, portion control - I used to eat pretty much every last scrap because I didn't want to waste it.

Hope you have a good day and manage to get something done other than that massive form x
