Long tops/dresses, yes. Tshirts no.
Another crime people abuse, especially when they're on the larger size.

There's a lady in the spirals Pilates class I go to.
She's not huge, but she wears a tshirt & leggings and they're slightly see through and you can see her granny pants through them haha. Oh dear.

Just 2558 steps to go.

Obvs shopping for tuck shop wasn't enough walking =(
Shall have to do some on the spot walking.
Maybe do leslie, but replace the kicks, kick backs, side steps and knee lifts with just walking as they don't seem to get counted on my pedometer.

I've drawn it on paper, will that be ok to put in your frame, or do you want it backed on a bit of card?!
Also, do you have a frame already, or going to sort that when you get the picture?

Cool... just checking... cuz I wasn't sure whether it will be the right size for a frame.
I'll leave it as it is then, and you can cut and chop and fiddle how you feel fit.
I do apologise though, cuz it'll probably set your OCD off.
It's not perfect.
Because it's coloured with alcohol markers, it has spread over the lines a little, and I haven't quite drawn it in the middle of the paper.
Haha.
I've not even got OCD and it's a little bugging me haha

Haha... they're proper crafting markers.
Bit more sophisticated than your regular felt tip pen.
They spread on the page a bit, so you can blend colours together easily.

There's a whole range of different brands.
Mum likes ProMarkers, but I much prefer Spectrum Noir.
With Spectrum Noir, I use 2 similar colours for blending, but ProMarkers you can do highlights and shades with the same pen.
But because of the way I colour, you can see the lines and I don't like it haha.
But SN cover up most colouring crimes ;)

Feeling a bit rubbish right now =/

I've done 5692 steps today.
Not starting earning AP yet.
Not hit my 8000 willpower target.

Not been to the gym today.
Not been to aquafit this evening.
Tomorrow I've gotta go to the gym after work instead of before as I'm working 830-1230.

Then Wednesday I'll miss my 2 classes again cuz I'll be working late.
And then it's Thursday again.

And I won't lose again =/

I've been on plan, but I need to back it up with exercise.
I know I keep saying it's a 80/20 food/exercise ratio, but I can't afford to change my routine.

And I'm just not feeling it atm.
Just simply cannot be bothered to do anything about it.

It's not a case of wanting to binge - I've got the food under control these days (although am having massive fantasies about what I'm going to eat when I'm at goal - but decided I can't treat myself until I'm about half a stone under goal so I've got the leeway to have a treat now and then without worrying about going over).
It's just sheer laziness.
Whether it's because it's that time, who knows.
Can't even get my catch ups until later in the week haha.

Anyway...
Onto today.

So, because I'm working early tomorrow morning, I would've gone to the gym this morning.
Instead, I had an interview at the youth club.
They've got some paid hours going for a number of the clubs and I applied for one of them.
And got one =D
It's only for 2-2.5 hours a week, on a tuesday, during my club Co-Motion, but means I'll be on the books and will get paid for doing exactly the same as I do now for free.
It starts in September (which isn't too long to go, as we're only open for the next 3 weeks and then closed for the summer holidays, to reopen in Sept).
So that was a fairly good start to the day.

Went to the grandparents for lunch (I'm quite close to my grandparents and mum goes there for lunch on a monday, thursday & saturday and I join her when I can), and then headed into town to pick up packs of chocolate bars for tuck shop at youth club tomorrow.

Then it was time for mum to finish work, so I went and picked her up on my way home.

This evening I've done a bit of colouring, reading what's been going on on here and eating.
That's it.
Usually do aquafit on a monday, but really not suitable to be doing so today.

But I'm worried now about not earning a single AP, walking less than 6000 steps and missing a class today.
The boy says to relax, to chill this week and to work hard next week, but I don't think I'd be able to face not losing again next week.
So I'm a feeling a little anxious about it.
WI is only 60 hours away.
That's not much.
I've only earned a total of 34 AP so far this week =/
Definitely need to do something about it.

I think your Boy is right, you've been like a machine since u started WW, maybe 'slacking off' this week (especially with TOTM) won't be such a bad idea, it might speed things up for next week.

Did u not do Leslie today? I've given it a miss, think I'm all 'walked out' today lol.

I've not done Leslie today, no.
Was busy from 10 right through til half 5, and then since then, I've been sitting in my chair colouring, eating & internetting.
I just don't like to do it when people are in the house.
Feel awkward.
I've not done her since Thursday or Friday.
Can't actually remember.

I do feel a tiny bit annoyed/disappointed at myself for not making any effort the last couple of days.
The only reason I've even managed to get my steps up is because the boy has been walking with me.
He shouldn't have to come out walking just because I've been too lazy to do it myself.

I think deep down, I'm still trying for goal on my birthday, which I don't think is going to happen after last week's result, so not doing anything isn't helping me get to that.

And yeah... 34 points is a good amount - that's over 1200 calories burned.

Just need to remember that.

People have got it much worse than I have, but no, I'm too busy giving a damn about myself.

It's my first early, so I'll be learning what goes on when we open the store.
Luckily I'm not on my own.

And I'm feeing better thanks.
Just a late night thing that happens sometimes.
I suppose it's just been waiting to happen since Thursday, but this is the first night I've been on my own, without the boy, since last Tuesday that it hadn't had chance yet.
