Just hope I've done enough and I'm able to counteract last week's tiny loss with a bigger loss today.
I'm actually so tempted to jump on the scales.

Emma Emma Emma! That would be the biggest smack on the bum and slap on the wrist if you do! You know full well what you'd say if that was any of us saying that, well not me as I don't own scales but u know what I mean lol x

I know.
But I'm getting so impatient.
I just wanna know if I'm going the right direction.
But I wouldn't get an accurate reading because I don't know how out my home scales are.
I could weigh at the gym tomorrow... haha
 
Dont do it!!!! i did that one of the weeks and ended up wieghing in the bathroom then on the carpet and then once more just to make sure it was right i brought it out into the back garden lol never did that again let me tell ya!!!

It is indeed. But I see it more that it's my last day of being 23 and very depressing haha.

I overslept this morning so have only just got down the gym - which I really can't be bothered with today, but know I need to do it.

What have you got planned for today?

I'm nearly 29, my last 20th year, that's depressing! I was meant to be doing my Garden today as it needs weeding but just been invited out and of course cos I like to not be indoors I said yes so another busy one for me now, no rest for the wicked lol. Hope u get on ok at the gym Sweetie. X

Haha i was thinking the exact same thing. Even emma doesnt mention catching up anymore. If your stil readin shez then we blame u for making us naughty and to say shes a teacher 2 haha.x:D
