Everyone else has got one... so now it's my turn

Hello hello hello.

I've been a little AWOL recently - just had a busy weekend.

Yesterday I was a bit grumpy - partly because I was hungry, and partly because the boy was helping me tidy my room/sort stuff out for car booting and he was doing my head in because he was making decisions to rashly in my opinion and didn't stop and look at what things actually were.
But that's my problem - I'm a hoarder, and an emotional one at that, I'll give like 6 different reasons why a reciept for a packet of sweets can't be thrown away haha.
However, we did manage to sort 2 black bags of rubbish and 1 black bag of clothes that don't fit to sell - that was just my dresses and jeans - haven't been through my drawers yet. I'm actually not gonna have any clothes left.

Anyway, today I went to the gym.
A) to make up for stuffing my face silly over the weekend
B) to make up for not going on friday
C) to make up for missing the gym and zumba tomorrow due to a hospital appointment (I'm having a tooth root out - the dentist took my tooth out a couple of months ago and couldn't get the root out, so the hospital are doing it tomorrow... argh!!!)

Then it was off to grandma's for lunch.
My grandad suffers from the beginnings of dementia, and the hot weather really affects him, and he has been known to pass out a couple of times.
It worries my grandma to go out in the heat with him, so atm, they're housebound.
So me & mum decided to take them out shopping to Tesco, which made grandma really happy.

Atm, they've got 48 weetabix for £3, so I got a pack and grandma got a pack.
Then we noticed that if you spend £6 on cereal, you get 5p off per litre of fuel, so we bought them together instead of separately so I could get the voucher.
Also, all variaties of WW 4pk yoghurts (dessert recipe, greek style, layered fromage frais etc) are all £1.50 BOGOF, so we got some of them.
I'm really loving the greek style atm - I don't really do yoghurts, but I've got packs in my fridge, at grandma's and at the boy's haha.
I also bought a Lighter Choices Chicken Pasta Bake for £1.20 (8pp) and just had it for my dinner.
Was yummy. Shall buy it again, especially as it's only an extra 20p than the WW meals I usually buy.
As well as that, I got a 6 pack of WW Fruit Crumble bars (2pp) for £1.99.
A little expensive, but I've been eyeing them up for ages and they don't seem to go on offer, so I decided to treat myself with my bday money.
I tried one and it's very yummy.
Perhaps not worth the 33p each (well... now I've worked it out like that, maybe they are) but it's quite a costly treat in one go.
But hey ho.

In between grandma's and work I had a spare 20 minutes so decided to tackle a box out of my wardrobe - managed another half bag of rubbish and a whole box full of stuff to sell - little porcelain dolls and ornaments that hopefully somebody will want.
Also found my Gizmo - I didn't have a Furby the first time round - I had a Gizmo - just like a Furby but in the style of Gizmo from the Gremlins.
Just need to see if he works if I change the batteries and hopefully somebody will like him for a few quid.

Work 415-815 - went ok.
A little slow, was very hot, but it was ok.

On the way home I needed petrol, so popped into morrisons (Yes, I know I have the money off voucher for Tesco, but Tesco isn't on the way home).
Went in to see what bargains they had and there was lots of deli bakery stuff reduced - 8 snack sausage rolls - 29p, 2 pork pies - 29p, 3 cheese & onion rolls - 29p, a rhubarb pie - 29p and a pack of 2 apple turnovers for 29p as well.

I had 15 points left before dinner, and after my 8pp chicken pasta bake, I had 7pp left.
I wanted a treat.
So I googled the apple turnovers and they came up as 7pp for 88g.
I weighed my turnover and it was 88g exactly.
Result!
So I treated myself, and I enjoyed it, all within points!

26/26 points today, 6AP earned and hopefully on track to losing the half stone (?) that I put on this weekend haha.
Little nervous about not going to the gym or zumba tomorrow, and I don't think I'll feel up for exercising once I'm done at the hospital, but I'll try something - maybe a bit of walking.
We'll see how I feel.
Hopefully I'll be able to pull off a STS this week - or a minimal gain *fingers crossed*.
Just as long as it's not more than 5lbs haha.
Although I haven't cancelled my membership yet, so technically I'm still paying, so even if I do go over, I don't mind.

Hope everyone's had a good day
x

Your on a cum down from all the naughty food haha.x

Yeah... it's exactly what it was.
My body was getting used to being overfull and then suddenly to be deprived from food and sugar again - didn't like it haha.
Doing better today though.

Oh... forgot to upload these at the weekend.

Not fishing for compliments or anything, but on saturday, whilst looking for a new dress to go out in, I finally saw what everyone else has been seeing - just how skinny I am.
I still don't feel skinny in my regular clothes, but it's probably because none of them fit properly.

I really adored the first 2, the second one more than the other, both size 10s, both in the sale for £10, but they were very skin tight and not really suitable for sitting, driving or eating a large meal (which ended up being VERY large haha. Oops)
So I went with the 3rd one, which I loved as soon as I saw it, as it's very similar to my M&S blue one.
It wasn't in the sale though, was £14.99, but it was my birthday money and I wanted something new and pretty to wear.
Also a size 10 - looked to see if there was an 8, but there wasn't, so a 10 it was.
Probs best again after that huge dinner lol.

Also, just like to point out that it was H&M I was in, and we all know their sizes are funny - so to be a 10 in there is pretty exciting.

I have a little bit of a pooch going on in the 4th pic - the dress I really liked, but if I hadn't put on those 4lbs, I think that would've been flatter.
Still not hideous though imo.
It was on saturday though that it finally clicked to me.
Looking at those pics made me happy.

Hey hey!
Thanks for subscribing =)
Yeah... definitely had a good weekend.
But I keep finding all these foods I want to eat and should've eaten whilst I was binging.
But it's too late now.
Hopefully I can get my binge under control and do minimal damage this week, and then up my dailies a few points to start maintaining (although I'd still like to drop a few extra pounds) and be able to treat myself to a few of the things.
Might even look into using some weeklies.
We'll see how I get on.
And thanks =)

I really really liked the pic 3 dress.
Was very skin tight though - and one of those dresses where your stride was like 3mm long because of the tightness of the skirt part.
But I did adore it - maybe I might have to go back and get it.
Still got lots of birthday money left.

And I'm not entirely sure what's going on... and actually... just reading the letter again, it's saying it's only a consultation appointment, so they might not even be taking it out.
Wee bit annoyed about that as I've been waiting about 4 months for this appointment - and for it to just be a consultation...?!?!
Psssht.

oh my god the tiny waist on ya you look fab

Thanks.
I quite like the look of my bum in them - and I didn't realise until seeing those pics just how tiny I am getting =)

I'm soooooo glad that you can finally see what everyone else is seeing, about time!!! You look amazing Sweetie and hopefully WI won't be a disaster for you or me! X

Wow you look amazing in those dresses!

I am not too bad thanks. Mostly maintaining my weight at the moment as it's been too hot to go to the gym/zumba, but once it cools down I'll be back there :)

Thanks.
I'm back to not being able to see it again - it's definitely because I need new clothes.
I'm sure your WI will be fine, but I know mine won't be.
I was weighed at the hospital today - 66kg.
That works out as 145.5lbs - meaning since last Thursday, I've put on 5.5lbs.
Ahaha!
How funny.
But I'm not really too bothered.
The pressure is off. I made target by my birthday.
Now all that is left is to lose the final 10.5lbs - get to 9st9 and then maintain from there.
I should be at the right weight within the next 2 months hopefully - in time for the boy's birthday and for his birthday meal out.
x

I love how you have a plan and it doesn't worry you :) Where are u going for the boys meal? X

Thanks =D

I've really slacked on the exercise this week.
Not cuz of the weather, just because I've been lazy.
Good that you're maintaining and not gaining though.

Yeah... I've got a plan.
It's a bit vague in places, and it'll be trial and error, but I've got the rest of my life to get it right.
I'm just more relaxed now because the deadline I set myself has been. I did what I aimed to do.

The plan now is to continue having just 26 point a day until I hit 9st9.
Then that's where it gets iffy.
To maintain I'm allowed to add an extra 3-6 points a day, so I can start at 29 and then increase to 32 as quickly or slowly as I like, if at all.
So I'll start at 29 and see how I get on.
I may also look into using weeklies - I don't know whether I'll use them over the week, or save them for a treat at the weekend. I don't know yet.
But I've got some time to think it through.
Losing a pound a week I'll be at 9.9 by first week of october - his birthday is middle of September, so with a little determination and hard work, I'll be able to get the extra couple of pounds off in time.

I believe we'll be going to his favourite Indian. I don't like Indian, but he came to the Chinese when he doesn't like that, so I'll deal with it.
He usually has a meal with his family, and this year will be no exception, so it'll be the first time I meet all his family.
Scary stuff haha.
But I'm looking forward to it and will be even better if I can look my absolute best!

Anyway, ramble over haha

Mmmmmm I love Indian! It's one of the only things Ive not had since starting WW. I think Maintenance will be trial and error particularly with all the exercise which you do. X

That's another thing I'll be trialling and erroring.
Currently go to the gym 4 times a week and go to 4 classes a week, but will be considering cutting down the gym sessions to possibly just 3 a week and keep up my classes.

I don't know what kind of affect that will have on my weight as well.
Who knows?!
Only time will tell.

At least you can chop and change it around, not only with your pp but also with your exercise. X

It will take some time to work it out. But everyone has to trial and error when maintaining. You'll get there. :D x

There's just far too many unknowns.
I like to know what's going on haha.
But I'll worry about that when I get there.
I've gotta get through this week first, then lose my gain, then drop down a little lower and then I can look into maintaining.
I've got the rest of my life to figure it out.
