How are we all today?!?!
So, today I had a hospital appointment at the head & neck unit to see about getting the root of a tooth I had removed about 5 months ago, extracted.
I thought they were gonna take the root out today, but apparently it was just an assessment, which I'm really quite annoyed about because I've waited ages for an appointment.
Firstly it took about 10 weeks to get the appointment through the post, and then took time for the appointment date to arrive.
So to have to wait even longer to get it out is a pain.
But nothing I can do about it.
Anyway, the did an xray and I got to see all my teeth - including 4 wisdom teeth.
I knew I had at least 2 because they're already through and caused no bother.
It was the bottom ones I was curious about as to whether I had them.
And I do =/
I don't have much space on my bottom jaw for more teeth, and my lower left wisdom tooth is growing in at a funny angle - almost sideways.
If they decide to peek through, they're gonna give me agony - that one especially.
But only time will tell as to whether I get them or not.
Because my appointment was at 10:15, it meant I missed Zumba at half 9.
But I also didn't go to the gym today - feeling a tad guilty about that one as I got weighed at the hospital and it said I was 66kg - 145.5lbs - meaning I've put on 5.5lbs since Thursday.
Good job I haven't cancelled my WW membership yet as you have to pay when you go over 5lbs over goal weight haha.
Oops.
But it's ok... I knew I was going to gain this week... I'm back on 26 dailies as of sunday and I'll continue with that until I lose the gain, and some.
I'd like to be able to drop to 9st9 - my lowest limit without paying again - so I can have a treat now and then and not go over my goal.
If I put on 5.5lbs over 3 days of eating nonsense, surely a treat once a week/a fortnight or whatever shouldn't cause too much of a gain.
And especially if I'm under my goal weight, it won't be too much of a problem.
Whilst over in the area, we popped to the theatre over there and collected the tickets mum's bought for December... we're seeing "Psychic Sally" - Sally Morgan.
Mum loves her and I think she's really good too... so will be awesome to go see her.
Got home, watched some tele and then decided to go sort out some more of my wardrobe.
Spent about 40 minutes doing it and managed to get another 2 boxes of car boot stuff and another half bag of rubbish.
So in total that's 3 boxes & 1 black bag of stuff for car boot and 3 black bags of rubbish.
Planning on going car booting next sunday as I'm working this sunday.
I'm slowly getting there, and can't wait to be able to organise my wardrobes as I'd like to.
I want to make them back into wardrobes for storing clothes and the like - not for storing junk.
They're 2 built in double wardrobes, so that's a lot of junk being stored.
Other than that, not really done much.
Watched Bad Teacher on Lovefilm - but it has taken me about 6 hours to watch it as I kept getting distracted.
I actually can't just sit and watch a film.
I have to be doing something else as well.
And I spent about an hour watching Sky News waiting for Baby Cambridge to come out of the hospital.
For pudding tonight I had the final apple turnover (7pp) and a ww strawberry & vanilla whirl (9pp).
Still had the munchies so had an orange and a banana.
I think that's cured my sugar craving and now I'm gonna head to bed shortly to read my book.
Not earned a single AP today.
Absolutely disgusting.
But back down the gym and my two classes tomorrow so that should hopefully help.
Then one final gym session before I weigh in and find out the official damage.
Argh!!
