Oh yes.
I forgot to mention.
Whilst at the hospital yesterday, the nurse took my blood pressure and said it was low.
She asked if it was always low and I said yes - that my gym instructor had told me it was low.
She then asked if I ever felt dizzy and I told her that I get dizzy when I stand up too quickly and then was asked if I'd seen the doctor about it.
I said I'd been a few weeks ago and mentioned it to the doctor because I'd had those awful week long dizzy spells and that the doctor had checked my ears, said there was nothing obviously wrong and if it carried on in a week, to go back.
As you were all aware of at the time, they stopped after about a week, so I didn't bother going back.
But now I'm getting quite regular ear blockages.
It's the kind of feeling you get when you go swimming and you get water in your ears.
The nurse suggested I go bak to the doctor and get it checked out.
So I should really do that.
I've just had dizzy spells when standing up for as long as I remember and just accepted that's something I have to deal with.
