Ya def get dizziness checked. It could be low blood sugars though that wud prob have showed up in bloods.
I get dizzy standing up sometimes-its called postural hypotension-literally-your blood pressure gets low when your body stands up. I never had low blood pressure in my life. This is a recent thing. My doc said that it often happens when I eat-my brain sends energy to stomach to eat and then if a stand up the blood hasn't got back to my brain in time-hence dizzy. Nothing I can do unless it gets worse.
So it could be something as simple as these but if its your ears-you really have to check it out as ears=balance etc.
Anyway hon, good luck with WI tomoro. Im sure it wont be as bad as you think!

That's an acceptable amount to have put on after a crazy weekend of nothing but piling in the carbs haha.

I'm defo gonna go for 9st9 next.
So depending what I put on today, could be another 10lbs to go. Could've been done in 2 weeks, but putting on means I'll be done in about 5 *fingers crossed*
Then I'll see how I feel there - if I still wanna go down, I'll set a new goal and go down to maybe 9.
But who knows.
I might not be able to get to 9 and therefore will be paying forever.
I've been rethinking my goal if I'm honest, I'm having trouble finding clothes at the moment so if I lose another 7lb what would I wear?!? I hope you girlies don't think it's a cop out,I think id like to be no less than 8 Stone but no more than 8Stone 7lb, it gives me a buffer for holidays etc.x

I Think thats a very sensible idea hun. So wot r u now.x
Why would we think you're a cop out?
It's your body.
Your bmi is already in the normal range.
And every body has it's own natural weight.
You'll struggle to get past it, even if your goal is lower.
So not everyone will make their initial goals.
You just have to adapt.
Last Friday I was 8Stone 5lb, will see what the Scales say tomorrow after the 65pp Dinner of the Weekend! Hopefully I will still be at or under my 8 7 Max for my Holiday x

I've had my first gain since starting ww, but it was expected after such a food heavy weekend.
Anyway... The amount I put on was...
Drumroll please....
HALF A POUND!!!
Absolutely over the moon.
So chuffed.
And even with not going to the gym on Friday and missing both the gym and Zumba on Tuesday and still managed to keep my gain to the most minimum ever.
I'm so pleased.
There's only one result I could've had that would've been better and that's a sts.
