Everyone else has got one... so now it's my turn

Ya def get dizziness checked. It could be low blood sugars though that wud prob have showed up in bloods.
I get dizzy standing up sometimes-its called postural hypotension-literally-your blood pressure gets low when your body stands up. I never had low blood pressure in my life. This is a recent thing. My doc said that it often happens when I eat-my brain sends energy to stomach to eat and then if a stand up the blood hasn't got back to my brain in time-hence dizzy. Nothing I can do unless it gets worse.
So it could be something as simple as these but if its your ears-you really have to check it out as ears=balance etc. :)

Anyway hon, good luck with WI tomoro. Im sure it wont be as bad as you think! :)

I've not had any blood tests done recently.
I think that's what she was planning on doing next if it persisted and I went back.
But as I felt it had cleared up, I didn't.

The week of dizziness was miles worse than my regular standing up and getting dizzy - I'd be already standing, just chatting away and my head would start spinning like crazy.
Not sure what to think.
But I probably should go back and get some blood tests done.

The nurse on tuesday took my blood pressure sitting down.
Then I told her how I get dizzy standing up and she asked me to stand up and let me know if I was dizzy.
I was ok that time.
Then she took my blood pressure standing up and it was pretty much identical to my sitting down blood pressure.
So who knows.
 
I dont think it wil b as much as the other scales said hun.x

Only time will tell.
I'd like maybe 10st4.
That's an acceptable amount to have put on after a crazy weekend of nothing but piling in the carbs haha.

I'm defo gonna go for 9st9 next.

So depending what I put on today, could be another 10lbs to go. Could've been done in 2 weeks, but putting on means I'll be done in about 5 *fingers crossed*
Then I'll see how I feel there - if I still wanna go down, I'll set a new goal and go down to maybe 9.
But who knows.
I might not be able to get to 9 and therefore will be paying forever.

I've been rethinking my goal if I'm honest, I'm having trouble finding clothes at the moment so if I lose another 7lb what would I wear?!? I hope you girlies don't think it's a cop out,I think id like to be no less than 8 Stone but no more than 8Stone 7lb, it gives me a buffer for holidays etc.x

Why would we think you're a cop out?
It's your body.
Your bmi is already in the normal range.
And every body has it's own natural weight.
You'll struggle to get past it, even if your goal is lower.
So not everyone will make their initial goals.
You just have to adapt.

Your bmi is already in the normal range.
And every body has it's own natural weight.
You'll struggle to get past it, even if your goal is lower.
So not everyone will make their initial goals.
You just have to adapt.

Last Friday I was 8Stone 5lb, will see what the Scales say tomorrow after the 65pp Dinner of the Weekend! Hopefully I will still be at or under my 8 7 Max for my Holiday :) x

Anyway... The amount I put on was...

Drumroll please....

HALF A POUND!!!

Absolutely over the moon.
So chuffed.
And even with not going to the gym on Friday and missing both the gym and Zumba on Tuesday and still managed to keep my gain to the most minimum ever.
I'm so pleased.
There's only one result I could've had that would've been better and that's a sts.

Thanks girls for your luck, your crossed body parts and believing in me.

Yeah, definitely worth the celebrating.
And for missing 2 gym sessions and a Zumba class, and not walking as much this week, I'm pretty impressed.
And no, shouldn't take 5 weeks to lose 5.5lbs haha.
 
OMG Emma!!! That's Fantastic News, I'm so proud of my little (Will)PowerPuffer ;-) I should cross my legs more often ;-) Im excited for tomorrow now, fingers crossed ill get a decent result too!!! Whoop Whoop, Go Emma Go Emma Go Go Go!!! PS-Technically when u stepped back on the scales last week u was 0.5lb heavier so if you'd used that weight you would of had a STS ;-) x
