Thanks ladies, I have just weighed in and I've lost 1.5lbs, here's to next weeks weigh in xx

Good morning, just a quick stop as I am off out soon to make the most of a sunny day. Ste is working and Tyler has gone to his dads so I'm going to take Holly to feed the ducks, go on the play park and then to the ice cream shop. Just waiting for Holly to finish getting washed and dressed then we're off out. I'll catch up later with regards to food etc. Hope everyone has a lovely day xx

Afternoon all, what a lovely day today! Spend some lovely time with my little Holly, we went shopping, to the park and had lunch at the café, went to my uncles and then to the cemetery- Holly wanted to take my mum a picture. We've just been relaxing for the rest of the day and I can feel a migraine coming on. Food wise I'm having an extra easy day, giving them a go. So today:
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: cheese and onion toasty on 2 wholemeal toast
Tea: sausage casserole with peppers, onion and mushrooms and baby potatoes.
Drinks: not very many today... I've been a bit rubbish at that.

I've been a little off track since Wednesday, not really bad but I've not monitored HEX A or B and I haven't done any exercise. I weighed myself this morning to see if I had done any damage but I am currently the same as I was on Wednesday so hopefully I can avoid a gain.

I can honestly say that I have felt like the fat friend for the past year atleast!! All my size 8 friends depress the hell out of me, I am determined to be the skinny one!!

I have been the fat friend since I've had friends... so all my life (I'm 28!) lol
I have always been fortunate to have friends who have never made me feel uncomfortable and they are so encouraging, I feel uncomfortable when I go out with them for a night out but not because of them- its my own insecurities and me being worried what strangers think of me- especially when I am out with one friend in particular- she is stunning and her legs are about as long as my whole body! When I was in my early teens I had 2 really good groups of friends and I never felt any different to them although I was aware I was the fat one, I was very much a tom boy back then so I was happy in my tracksuit pants and a hoody, its as I got older and wanted to be more a girl when I started getting self conscious.
Good luck with your weight loss journey x

I've not kept a diary at all this week, had so much going on and today some little sh!ts have thrown bits of brick at my new car. I now have a wind screen full of cracks and a dent in my bonnet which is scratched down to the metal. I am soooo angry. I've called the police as they can be seen on CCTV :(

I'm fuming hun honestly. The CCTV isn't very clear but I'm going to take it down to the school where they attend, one of the teachers may recognise them as they have to wear a burgundy blazer but one of them had a cream hoody on underneath so he was probably told off during the day for wearing it. I'm just disgusted that people have this mentality, what is wrong with society these days. If that was my children I would be devastated! x

Can sympathise - paul had his car vandalised on good friday when some tow rags tried to steal it. They managed to bend the drivers door outwards and wrecked the steering column and wiring - insurance have written it off so he is just waiting to hear how much thay will offer him for it

That's not bad at all! Bummer about the car. What the hell is wrong with people? I saw yesterday a bike had scraped all down the side of my car and it must have been done on purpose as the scrape was too long and they'd have felt it happening.
