Still here!
Got moved ok and coped just fine as I have no facilities any more besides mugs and kettle - no point buying appliances when I don't want to cook for the next 8 months anyway.
For the last 2 mornings I had cooked breakfast consisting of 2 slices bacon with fat cut off, a poached egg, half a grilled tomato, tablespoon of baked beans and tablespoon of mushrooms (around 209kcal according to mfp). Enjoyed it yesterday but this morning it was not very appetising. Am coping fine while at work on just a bar, then having a shake when I get back to the hotel in the evenings. Easy peasy!
Really missing my scales, it's frustrating not being able to weigh in at all, I had got used to it but thankfully I'm still nicely in the zone and coping fine the majority of the time. Going to tesco with PMT was torture, but I shut the cravings up with lots of beef and a chocolate tesco meal replacement bar and then felt very virtuous!
I don't have a full length mirror at home or my usual office so it came as a pleasant surprise that my trousers look AWFUL! Way too baggy on the legs. So it's obviously still working even though I can't weigh in! I will have to swap to my cargo pants for next week
Im mostly working late shifts which is great diet wise, no socialising to avoid. Home on Wednesday afternoon for a little while

maybe just one day but I know I can survive. I am even thinking that I should be able to maintain TS while I'm working here in the summer too, which will be fabulous and should get me to goal a month or so sooner.
