Had another good week

yesterday was mad - shake at 5.15am, bar at 9am, finished work at 1.15 and BOY am I glad I decided to have a pret tuna salad at 2pm as the train home was delayed 2.5 hours. As it was when I finally got home at 7pm I was in an awful untalkative state from low blood sugar and tiredness. Went to see mum's horses which did the trick and snapped me out of it though - much better choice than eating!
Interview this afternoon - eeeeek. Today will be challenging - I had tuna and a mushroom soup for breakfast to keep me going til I get home after my interview at around 5pm, then I'll have a tomato soup in my hour or so with mum before leaving for the airport. Home around 10pm I think, then need to organise selling my car this weekend which means spending tomorrow morning cleaning it & fielding phone calls all weekend to get people to see it on Sunday. Saturday is my birthday so I'll be off out for steak

(and vodka). I originally wanted some sort of low carb cake made from linseed but now I don't see the point. If I want a little bit of real cake then I have to do nothing but protein all day and I don't think I want cake that much.
Had a sneaky peek on mum's scales this morning, hope mine agree with them tomorrow!
Lots of my posts seem to be about dealing with challenging days - it just helps me to acknowledge it in advance and know that I can 'do' challenging with a bit of planning, there's no excuse for breaking the diet with carbs as there's always something around - boots and pret do suitable salads, and lots of corner shops do packs of ham for very desperate times. Eating out, even takeaways, is easy enough with protein and salad/veg, and *everything* tastes amazing to my neglected tastebuds!
Ordered 100 bars and a mixed bumper pack last night which, along with the remains of my last 3 boxes, should see me through til the end of the diet on my one shake or soup, one bar, one can of tuna regime as it seems to be working so well at the moment.
