Back from Amsterdam
I have been a very bad girl. Today I had leftover curry for breakfast, and will have leftover curry for dinner too. Rubicon, chocolate milk, Mikados, Powerade.. etc. Plus all the very indulgent food I had on holiday. It's been a bad couple of weeks. I WI'd yesterday and was 5lbs heavier than I was last week. I'm not recording it as an actual weigh in, as I already had an agreement with myself that I would weigh in next week (Weds 31st) and that would be my actual weigh in date, to give myself an extra week to fix any gains from being abroad. Tweaking it quite a bit but it was my 21st birthday and I feel that I am allowed!
Anyway. I've been really ill since coming home on Tuesday night, not sure what's up it's like a cold but more achey and sore feeling. My bf is ill too, he's been in bed all of today. Manflu! So yeah, today was meant to be me going back to reality but due to being ill I haven't been a proper food shop yet. So I've had a look through the kitchen and tomorrow I'm going to have- breakfast: beans on toast (HEB), lunch: muller light, banana, quavers (4.5syns), dinner: marshalls cheesy macaroni (my old friend.. milk HEA). So it will kind of be a SW day! I'll go shopping at some point tomorrow and from Saturday onwards it'll be SW all the way. Wahey.
I have lots of other SW related things to get off my chest I might do a blog later, not been on my blog for a while.
No food diary today, possibly tomorrow if I get a chance to come online. Definitely this weekend onwards!
2010 was meant to be the year I lost all this weight, I have another 9months to get to my target of halfway there by Xmas.. wish me luck? I need a kick up the bum deffo.
