Hi all, im new to this site (and the whole dieting/exercise scene) but i like the look of what i see so far.
What i would like to know and wonder if anyone can help me with this is what is good exercise to do for people who cant do running or walking. I currently have a problem *clears throat* down there which has recently turned chronic and makes it very painful to do any running or any longish walks. I want to exercise but the last time i tried a couple of weeks ago to an aerobics video i was in pain for about 5 days after. I need something that i can do without too much running or walking, preferably using the legs as little as possible. Any ideas? Would really appreciate it if anyone can help. Thanks
