I make my porridge with hot water and a bit of sweetener or I mix it in with a yogurt, toffee mullerlight with it this morning, gorgeous!
During half term week I'm going to make sure I cook a proper evening meal that everyone will eat.....so will probably have more EE days, I'm a 95% green day girl normally
This week my 1 new thing is to incorporate more SuperFree into my food diary. I'm going to try and fit in as much Success Express as days as possible - I really need a boost this week and I'd love 3lb off next Tuesday to get my 2.5 stone award. Here goes!!
I tried lentils today for the first time ever, was really nervous about it but both me and my boyfriend enjoyed them have enough lentil lasagne left over for lunch another day as well
