I haven't had much of an appetite today but I'm feeling poo and been stuck in the house all day so we're going for the Indian we were meant to go for last night
Literally 0 superfree today. I can't be bothered to cook and I don't have an appetite for the big meals I usually have so I don't think it's too much of a problem for one day...? (I've probably consumed less calories so far today than I normally do - obviously not the point of slimming world though)
I did the food shop today and bought some extra lean pork mince. I think I'm going to try out SW Spicy Meatballs and some SW Scotch Eggs! And maybe even SW Szechuan noodles if I can be bothered. Has anyone got any other good recipe ideas for pork mince that I could try? (I can't stand Shephards/Cottage pie btw)

Brunch (got up late) - 2 Nimble wholemeal (HEXb), baked beans
Snack - Rice Krispies wholegrain 23g (4 syns), skimmed milk (HEXa)
Dinner (out) - Chicken Dhansak (6.5 syns), pilau rice 100g (1 syn), 1 poppadom (4 syns), 1 tbsp mango chutney (2 syns), 1 tbsp cucumber raita (1 syn)
Snack (I really wanted choc) - mullerlight mint, raspberries
1 tea w/ skimmed milk
Sparkling water
Total syns = 18.5
At least my cold has completely removed my desire to drink alcohol! Sticking to the sparkling water tonight - I don't want to feel any more crap that I already do
Total weekly syns so far = 55.5/105
My flowers are continuing to cheer me up!

Dinner... I would recommend this - very yummy! I know there's not 1/3 superfree (I didn't eat all of the ketchup!)
