Glad week one is under my belt. Had a lot of strong cravings this weekend, and a bit of an iffy tummy. Be glad to get back to my busy self tomorrow :) March is next week <3 yey!
Brill, well done here's to another 100% this week. I wish I'd ordered more cherry bakewell I like those wasn't sure I would. Only got the one and then for some reason double ordered banana shake and have 60 of them lol.

Ahhh I have lots of bananas too! We are like the same person haha. Im going to try to have 2 shakes today and one meal pack. I feel a little bunged up. Also keep my packs between 12pm and 7pm so that I'm "intermittent fasting" for 17 hours a day! Now I'm in ketosis it should be pretty easy as the hunger is disappearing. My breath has certainly made a strong appearance today. YUK! The side of VLCD's that I hate the most :doh:

My breath is rancid and I think I just belted the post lady with more than the beast from the east hahaha.. My husband commented in bed last night about me having dragon breath. Lol he best get used to it. I must remember no more banana in next order. I only ordered shakes I'm scared to order the soups etc. I wish I'd ordered the strawberry whip. I loved that last time. Microwave blew up last month anyway so savory off the cards. I fancied trying the carbonara. I try keep breakfast for around 10.30. Little one back to nursery tomorrow so will have to find a new distraction.

Oh god you're brave going to the pub lol. Glad I haven't got yo go anywhere. The next big birthdays will be April and May so I know I have no choice but to come off for a meal. Fathers both sides are 65. Lol well at least I might look smaller by then.
I know what you mean the breathing a bit off putting. I can taste mine that's enough rofl.
I can't wait to see my clothes get baggy. Might be a while as I've refused to buy bigger and I'm currently bursting out of mine. Lol popped two pairs jeans last week that was a real wake up call.

Just came out of pub! Was nice to get out and definitely doable again. Husband got a superfood salad and I sat with my black coffee :) played some pool and had a laugh and joke around. Normally I’d have a huge burger and chips and wine but I’m changing my lifestyle completely. The pub will always be a part of our lives as we have such a huge family it’s where we all come together while the kids have fun in the park etc. Just need to accustom to choosing salad and water and not feeling deprived for it in anyway :)

The blizzard has hit Liverpool now. I don’t mind as I can get away with wearing my big coats and covering up for a few more weeks!! Until I’m “slimmer” woo.

Tried my outfit on for padddys day and it’s definately getting sexier!!! Eek. 3 weeks and I should rock it! Hahaha. That’s what I’m hoping.

Ive just prepared the dinner I had my shake it was a torture until I gave myself a talking too lol.
Well done and you've got the right attitude it's our lifestyle and choices we need to reprogramme. It's no good us getting slim if we don't as we well know.
I'm looking forward to the summer and going to the beer garden but being slim and confident. The bonus with winter is big woollen jumpers and coats. Lol can't hide so much in summer.
I have so many size 12 dresses still with tags on lol calling my name.
 
Snowing on and off in the Midlands. Lol we should sit outside being cold helps you owe weight haha.
 
I know what you mean. I have the most amazing clothes that I’ve boarded for years for when I shrink 🙄 one day!!

I’ve got chicken casserole in the slow cooker for the family. It smells unrealllll. Just about to have my second shake of the day :)
 
I made cottage pie and my stomach growled all the way through cooking. I'll he glad when they have all finished. Wax melts on the the go to distract me.

It's worth it though thinking of those clothes now lol.
 
I'm saving my third pack for the soaps lol.
 
Lol I've usually had all of mine by now but I didn't realise I hadn't had my second pack until I cooked.

How are you finding your concentration? I struggled last week.. Seems better this week. Think I'll give the sweet and sour noodles a miss lol. Well done on your 100%

Good morning!

Surely enough I woke up today with a spring in my step and lots of spare energy! The snow is thick here so i've been for a snowy walk already and heading back out later on today. I'm in the GP tomorrow for check up on my condition so I'll be getting weighed too! Been bunged up for days now :/ think i'm going to have to have a slamtee to get myself going again! In the meantime i'm sticking to 3 shakes today!! Also a shake for breakfast tomorrow.... Almost double figures! yey!
 
When I did cwp we were allowed dulcolax to unblock and it really does with tummy ache... I hated it but I have ibs so wasn't sure if I was super sensitive. Hood luck at the gps. Do your scales weigh the same as your docs?
