Favourite form of exercise

Some fab ideas here :) I may have to try a few.


The gym is going well for me. I don't particularly love it at the time, but the feeling a few hours later is fab!!
 
I use my cross trainer most days but adapt it a bit and stride backwards instead of forwards to work my thighs harder and I don't use my arms (due to a shoulder injury) which makes my damn tree trunk legs work even harder! Seems to be working :)
