Knee held up yesterday. Managed a 4 mile run this morning.

I've yet to walk the dogs so should be able to add to that today. I'm not where I wanted to be at this point due to my knee injury but my target is just about still doable.

Just in from a walk, I had no dog and no baby so a short but speedy 3km. I normally walk about 5.4kph to 5.6kph but today averaged at 6.2kph and hit 7.1kph at one stage.
