Going to struggle to meet my target for the month as I'm out doing Agility tomorrow. I blame the week off with a bad knee so not so bad considering.

Determined to do better next month.

I challenge myself to exercise 20 times in February
14 done 6 to go

Got out yesterday in the bitter cold for a 3km walk. I think I had icicles hanging off my nose when we got back.
So its obvious I wont make my goal again. Going out for an early walk, we don't have any snow yet but forecast saying about 11am

I walked a total of 73km in 13 hours
