Just did a short run 1.4m mostly as a warm up for strength training - did dome kettle bells, dumbbells, planks, squats etc.

Also did a 1.2 m walk yesterday.

It was supposed to be a cycle but I got as far as the gate when I realised the tyre was flat so went for a walk. Decided on a long walk but it was just so cold that I had to.turn around. So went out again later.

A 5km walk, I set my app at 4km but as it was sunny and dry I kept going.

a 4 km walk this afternoon, a slow one though cos I had husband with me.

A bit achy today after giving my motorcycle a proper clean yesterday to remove some of the effects of the little winter spell.
Obviously using some other muscle groups which are unused mostly in normal day to day activities.

I finally got the bike out and went for a short 7 km (almost) cycle. Glad to get the air on my face finally.
