You're doing really well! I might adapt this when I finish cambridge, seems to be mentally healthy and won't have to limit myself to salad for the rest of my life!

You totally should! It's really good and something I'd find easy to follow for a long time. How are you getting on with CD? I'm going festival shopping soon :D

I was off it in the weekend, but back on it today.
Ahh exciting! We just bought our tent today. I need to find myself some clothes also, have you seen anything?
 
How much have you got left to lose now? I haven't seen anything yet clothes wise. Not really sure what to get as I'll not really be much slimmer than I am now by the time I go to Bestival! I'll probably get some shorts and some tights (maybe some good patterned ones) and see if I can find some tops that have longer sleeves at the top (just above my elbow if I can find any!) so if it's warm I will feel a bit more covered up! My hunter wellies still don't fit round my calves :( I don't even think they are that big now either! And the wellies are the women's ones which are bigger! I think I might stick them on eBay and buy some of the shorter ones...!
 
Had a good down day so far. Found it pretty easy! I've had sugar free jelly and a coffee for breakfast, WW carrot and lentil soup for lunch, WW raspberry tart yoghurt, 5 crispbreads with 2 light cheese triangles for snacks, and 3 cups of tea.

Used 392 cals so far. Dunno what else I could have if I get hungry later, any ideas??

I still have just under 3 stone to go to 9.7. I'm getting bored of cd products thought tbh, but I'm going to fight on throught because I'd be gutted come holidays and I'm not comfortable and unable to enjoy myself.

I think wearing longer sleeves at a festival is fine, that or layers so smaller tops and layers to cover the arms, because it can get cold even if it is warm! Post stuff if you find anything!

I had to buy the adjustable hunters as I got the tall women's ones and they were tight. It's annoying! I think it's with having short legs as well as bigger calves because mine come right up to my knees! I was hoping mine would go down but it's mainly muscle :(.

How many weeks is it till bestival?

What about buying some slim and save products and mixing it up a bit? You will smash it in these next few weeks and look fab on your holiday :D have you found any bikinis yet?

Do the adjustable ones fit better? I could get some of those. Need to go try some on really!

Yeah the adjustable ones are loads better caus you can just open them up and have them loose.

Found a crochet type grey bikini in primark and my boyfriends mam found me a black one with tassels, it's lovely. Want a bright one now!

That's a full month then! You could easily have a good difference in weight/ size by then! I'm going to try just ss as much as I can and maybe have the odd ss+ day to try get some good results for Leeds!

I think I can lose half a stone maybe if JUDDD keeps working for me. I keep thinking at least I am a stone lighter than I was anyway, and I now fit in my old clothes from before :) I'm a bit disappointed though because we were meant to be going to Bestival with our two friends but they have both dropped out so I don't think it will be as good! I bet I end up not wanting to go!
 
Had loads to eat today!

Breakfast - Porridge with golden syrup, a kiwi and coffee

Snack - banana malt loaf, nectarine

Lunch - tomato soup, Melba toasts, muller light

Snack - crisps and 4 shortbread biscuits (shouldn't have had those!!!)

Not sure what to have for tea. Not that hungry yet! I have a pizza in the fridge that need eating...

Thinking of changing my weigh in day to Saturday morning rather than Friday, as I will be doing UD's on Thursday so don't fancy weighing in the morning after an up day.
 
DD tomorrow. Going for the usual menu -

WW yoghurt, WW carrot and lentil soup, 5 crispbreads, 2 light cheese triangles and SF jelly :)
 
No reason why you shouldn't have had those biscuits hun x Def change your weigh in day as you should always weigh in after a DD, if you are doing strict rotation, i.e up, dd up dd etc then your weigh in day will alter each week ;)
 
Down day today! Had 3 cups of teas (maybe just 2 I can't remember), a can of coke zero, WW carrot and lentil soup and a WW yoghurt. Used 184 cals so dunno what to have for tea??
 
Having a baked sweet potato with a light cheese triangle for around 300 cals :) up day tomorrow! They come around quickly!
 
Yum yum dinner was amazing! Only calculated it as 224 cals on MFP. Seems low. It was a small potato though...
 
Just made myself some Indian flatbread sort of thing (like a chapatti but lighter) and going to have onion bhajis and mint yoghurt wrapped in it for lunch tomorrow. My mum left me some dough from when she made them at the weekend and it has turned out ok! Hopefully it won't go hard overnight. Can't wait!!
 
Eaten loads today!!!

Had a cinnamon swirl pastry for breakfast (and a choc brownie bite and a choc cornflake bite! Nutritious haha) as one of the managers brought them in for us at work. Was meant to have porridge but I'll save it for another day. Some banana malt loaf for a snack, and my onion bhaji wrap for lunch. Then had a nectarine and about a million cherries and some blueberries and a muller light!

Just cooking a baked potato and beans for tea. Yum yum can't wait :)

Feeling a bit bloated today :( but weirdly I do feel a bit slimmer. Been looking in the mirror today and I don't look as wide around my hips.

OH is back from Amsterdam tomorrow and I can't wait!!! Almost the weekend too yay :D
