Felix is giving JUDDD a go!

Lost 3/4 of a lb today. I did weigh in a day early though so probably could have been a lb if I'd have waited a full week. A loss is still a loss though so I'm happy! Now 13.1 and 3 quarters!
 
Well done, yep a loss is def a loss so enjoy it hun, never heard of Chilli Philly but sounds lovely yum yum, is it full fat or low fat ?
 
Happy weekend my fellow JUDDDers! Had a great birthday yesterday. Was at work in the daytime but had a laugh! OH was meant to be at work until 8, but left work early as a surprise and was outside waiting for me!!! We had an Indian takeaway from my favourite place, and shared a jug of Pimms :D was lovely! Then been shopping with my sisters and Mum for wedding dress/bridesmaid dresses. Tried on a few bridesmaid dresses (I've posted pics, please ignore my bra in the navy blue one!) and my sister tried some gorgeous dresses on! I've posted the most beautiful one!

Going to decathlon tomorrow as OH has got his heart set on a road bike... I bet he'll never use it! Going to try and do an ID tomorrow :)

Happy Monday! Was so so bloated this morning after the weekend. ID didn't happen yesterday, although I'm not sure how many cals I had. Went shopping yesterday as I had some birthday money. Bought a cute little Aztec print backpack for Bestival, and a nice bracelet and ring from topshop. Had a Muller light and banana for breakfast, and went to a Thai buffet for dinner. It was amazing! Had chicken soup, a small chunk of battered fish, a couple of spring rolls and a couple of sweetcorn dumplings. Then had rice and green chicken curry, noodles and stir fried veg. Had small portions though as the plates were little, and I stopped when I was full! Didn't have anything else all day except some chocolate buttons later on haha :)

Had an ok down day. Had around 530 cals... Feeling much less bloated! Hopped on the scales this morning and was 13.7!!! Omg!!! That's what 3 up days does to you! Thinking of doing a pattern of DD, ID, DD, ID, ID then 2 UP days at the weekend this week to do some damage limitation! Going to Manchester on Friday for the weekend so will be going out to eat etc.

Would doing a DD, ID pattern be a problem or should I just do UD's?

I think h need a swing of at least 1000calories to get the benefit, also not having enough calories to get u through ur down day is a risk. But it's all about finding out what works for you x
 
Thanks for the reply! I was thinking 1200-1400 cals. Might just stick to up days though as I know that's what makes JUDDD work. I just feel a fat and horrible at the moment!
 
Ruth does a series of up down, intermediate. There does seem to b an element of personalisation to it x

Hi everyone! I have been totally AWOL since my birthday and not dieting at all :( managed to put half a stone on!!!! Terrible! Back to JUDDD on Monday. Feeling motivated now!
 
First down day in a couple of weeks and it was hard but glad I've done it! Did around 600 cals which I'm not going to beat myself up over.

Weighed myself this morning at 13.12 and a half!!!! Horrific!!! This time a few weeks ago I was almost in the 12 stone range! I'm so angry at myself for letting the diet slip but what's done is done and I've got my motivation back now.

No longer going to the festival we had tickets for this weekend as we are moving house so need the money, so we are going to Wales for a few days with my parents, brother and some of his fiancées family and my 1 year old nephew. We are going to a water park thing on Sunday so I've ordered a swimming costume to try on... I haven't been in a pool because of fear of getting in a costume for about 7 years!!! But I've thought screw it, I won't know anyone there so I'm just going to go for it. Also might start going swimming back home too if I've got the courage for it.

Up day tomorrow YAY! Just weighed myself again at 13.9 so think a lot of it was because I was really bloated this morning.
 
Aw Felix! I'm the same,x I got down to 13.5 and now I am back up to 14stone :-/ well done to you getting back on it! Enjoy wales and enjoy thev pool!! X
