Happy Monday! Was so so bloated this morning after the weekend. ID didn't happen yesterday, although I'm not sure how many cals I had. Went shopping yesterday as I had some birthday money. Bought a cute little Aztec print backpack for Bestival, and a nice bracelet and ring from topshop. Had a Muller light and banana for breakfast, and went to a Thai buffet for dinner. It was amazing! Had chicken soup, a small chunk of battered fish, a couple of spring rolls and a couple of sweetcorn dumplings. Then had rice and green chicken curry, noodles and stir fried veg. Had small portions though as the plates were little, and I stopped when I was full! Didn't have anything else all day except some chocolate buttons later on haha
Had an ok down day. Had around 530 cals... Feeling much less bloated! Hopped on the scales this morning and was 13.7!!! Omg!!! That's what 3 up days does to you! Thinking of doing a pattern of DD, ID, DD, ID, ID then 2 UP days at the weekend this week to do some damage limitation! Going to Manchester on Friday for the weekend so will be going out to eat etc.
Would doing a DD, ID pattern be a problem or should I just do UD's?
