woah your loss is amazing!!! I'd love a big loss like that again, although i feel those days are over lol. I too am trying to break habits - have written some targets to do before xmas, short term and realistic but at least i'm hoping 3 weeks will be enough to make a difference. I'm then on goliday for a week so it'll go out the window but at least i'll feel better for trying have another good week!!
