I am going to do 20 mins of standing Pilates today and a walk to the soft play centre so imi can meet her little friend :) still hate those places lol x

Well I've cleaned downstairs I would much rather be asleep but I couldn't face another second with the mess!! We aren't going anymore my friend didn't call so I don't know what's going on there, I can't go into soft play on my own at the moment belly too big and if imi needed me I can't get to her :( xx
 
Stuffed my face with spag Bol I was so hungry but it was mainly veg a whole courgette half red onion and handful frozen peppers and a tin of chopped toms! Mince was only a tiny bit but it was so delicious now I feel the need to go and rest. X
 
Pilates rocks hun, I'm a total addict!! I do at least 40mins of it everyday except Saturday! lol! U obviously did need that big sleep, hope u feel loads better 4 it :)

Used to alternate 35 mins Pilates with couple hours walk on Sussex downs, I can only do the standing section at the moment cause my belly is waaaay too big for the mat work :(

My bumps is still quite small 4 my almost 24wks so lucky I'm still ok in that respect. Hopefully I'l b able 2 continue wif it 4 as long as poss as I'm really hopin keepin fit will help wif labour etc

Mines pretty small too but it's still in my way lol x

So today....
I walked 3 miles and it took an hour according to website 260 kcal burnt
I did 20 mins of standing Pilates 101 kcal
I did 20 mins on bike 20 miles an hour 170 kcal

Lots fitted in plus all the walking round own about another hour or so x
 
nice exercise for today dont forget to do the standing heal lifts pilates style when you are stood still - you really need to help that blood flow now - I had forgotten all about that :) must get my standing pilates back out of the draw and use it

I ate back all the calories. Been craving sugar like mad so had chocolate and some caramel rice cakes :) what's a heal lift? X
 
just stand and slowly lift heal and go onto ball of foot lower and repeat with other side - sometimes called calf raises
so raise heal slowly and onto ball of foot and as you lower do the other side at the same time - do them really slowly and concentrate on using the calf muscles

Am cutting back on syns this week to make up for yesterday's epic chocolate fail.

No Pilates today cause I feel bit headachey and very tired plus I'm taking advantage of the sun shine and warmth and tony imi and I are gardening and I cannot wait. True to my African heritage this staying inside lark suffocates me!! X
