Hey hun, I'v been awol the last few days so just chkin in - yer food diaries ave been lookin gr8 n so has yer exercise. Ave u done any of the 30 day shed yet? I was thinkin of tryin it after the baby's born as I'm getting so sick of pilates! The prenatal pilates is pretty much the only exercise I do now other than playin badminton on a Wed evenin so a change will b very welcome!
