Hope u had a fab day at the Spa hun!
I def think measuring is the way 2 go as there's not always a loss on the scales every week but inch loss can b just, if not more, motivating! I'm determined 2 get back on track 4 the last few wks of my pregnancy - I'v been so good up til last week that I really don't wana spoil it all now. Everybody keeps tellin me 2 eat wat I like these last wks 2 "keep my strength up" but I kno the more I let myself get off track the harder it'll b 2 get back on track 100% after baby's born. I'm gona go back 2 basics n do out a meal planner 4 at least the next week n then stick 2 it RIGIDLY - no deviations AT ALL! I'v toyed with the idea of doin a food diary on here but I think I'l leave that til after baby's born....
