Fit for Fat – a Weigh to go! (F&H)

Wow! Your food looks seriously good! Although I still can't be dealing with SP! What's Insanity? Is it a type of DVD? It must be hard work if it earned you 8pp! X PS-I love Mannequin, not seen it in years! X

Look up insanity fit test on you tube, it's extreme, has u out of breath in minutes!! I nd 2 cut back on the SP as only way I like it is roasted in the oven which means oil & honey!!!

Can u not roast it with Frylight? I'm gonna look at that Fit Test tomorrow, do you do that every day or is that just the start of it? X

Don't no if would get the same caramelisation, I do use spray light 4 everything else tho.

Insanity is a 60day programme with multiple DVDs. It's meant 2b every day, a different workout but if u r really unfit like me I dont think that would b good 4u. They r not cheap tho, about £100 4 the set. My OH managed 2 get a set from someone he worked with. Not sure if u would get all the different workouts on YouTube

Fit test is only 30mins & as u can c from my pp earned its intense!!

I would guess that it's similar to regular fruit juice! X
 
Morning minis

Not 2 bad a sleep but still awake at midnight. Watched some of 1 born every minute, glad I don't want kids!!!

By back & stomach r aching from insanity. Hope,eases a bit B4 running 2 nite.

Morn looked fine 2 start but it's all cloudy now & wind picking up. Hope no rain 4 run again as that was not fun!!

Bagel & lime marmalade 4 Brekkie.

Well, I am struggling today. Due to the fact that I sit most of the day I forget that my muscles are aching from Insanity yesterday. Was OK this morning but getting stiffer as the day goes on. Need to do a wee stint on the cross trainer or treadmill before going running to loosen myself up!!!

Apart from that an OK day, a lot colder than it has been but I have the heating on in the office and my fleece on!!

Heading to lunch shortly then conference call after lunch - the joys!!

Hope you are all having a lovely day whatever you are up to!!

I've been cold today too :-( Where has the sun gone?!? I hope that your joints loosen up for your runs, I don't expect the change in temp has helped either. X

B - WW bagel (4), lime marmalade (1), coffee/milk (1) = 6
S - mandarins with juice (1)
L - thin (3), tomatoes, 2 x cheese slice (4) = 7
S - cola raisins (2)
D - 2 x thins (6), batters roast tomato & Parmesan soup (4) = 10
S - coffee, French fries (2), dime bar (4) = 6

Food so far, not sure wot I fancy as my treat if any. Update l8r.

Hey, that should have read Baxters! It's the 1st time I have tried that 1 & it was really tasty. The broccoli & Stilton is really nice 2.

Thot I felt ok after run - jst tried 2 stand up & oh my word I am going 2b in pain 2moro!!! Def a rest day 2moro till muscles ease a bit :-/

That's really good for the tub of soup Allie as the WW Tins are 2 or 3 pp and they are tiny! I might have to go and investigate! X
