So here we go - yesterdays disaster 19.06.14 Points used 54 Dailies Used 28/28 Weeklies used 26 = 63/49 (over by 14 points) Exercise gained - 8 (insanity) / 6 (jogging) = 14 – 14points used today B - thin (3); bacon (2), cheese slice (2); milk (1) = 8 S – Deep Ridged Crisps (6) L – thin (3); tomatoes; 2 x cheese slice (4) = 7 S - Deep Ridged Crisps (6) S – 3 x Jaffa (3); coffee/milk (2) = 5 D – Chicken (4); baby potatoes (2); 2 x eggs (3), Salad, gherkins, jalapenos; mayo (1) = 10 S - coffee, 2 x French fries (4); Kelloggs Square (4); mallows (4) = 12
Thanks Selena and good morning I dont like using any extra points that I have gained through exercise, kind of defeats the purpose in exercising if you do that. That was the one good thing about SW you were encouraged to do 'Body Magic' but not take them into account for using as extras. Never mind, nearly another new week x
