Hi no don't worry its def not necessary its just that I find it easier now, I started out eating my allowance and then it got less and less until it was only my milk allowance of 150 cals. I found that I only actually became hungry after I had eaten something so left eating till later and later and then didn't bother. The diet is based on an alternate day fasting concept, its completely safe to do so and can have benefits to health, google alternate day fasting. If I did have a DD where I had to eat something then I would its just because for me its easier not to bother, I may get a little hungry early evening but find a cup of coffee does the trick, the more DD s you do the easier they become its like your body gets used to it??
