There was a chest infection, anti-b's and snow. What can I tell you? The motivation waned.

Thinking if giving vlcd a go as a vamp it up quick start, then when I fall off the wagon, which is enivatable, I'll juddd to goal. Back to where I was again. Again. Again. AGAIN!!!

I have a load sitting there as well, and jumped on the scales at 14'7 this morning and nearly died, need to do something drastic me feels. Will be a wk, fortnight tops, will get me under that 14 barrier anyway!

Today, trip to sainsburys. While there picked up some clothes.

At the till young man serving says 'treating yourself?'.

Me ' yip'.

Inside voice 'nope, I'm too fat for my old ones'.

Nothing like a not meant fat comment to make you feel crap.

And still the motivation, kinda waning :(

Made to 5, and then did usual sat night. Nice dinner of gammon with eggs and chips before 5-5 again. I'm with you on Grtting bigger and bigger if I don't do something,

Looks good, 5-5 can be easier... I'm leaning towards a shall eating window at the moment for maintenance
