Also known as han's plan, though not sure she's doing it at the moment.

I fast from 5pm until 5pm the next day, only take coffee with milk, sometimes a slice of ham if I'm at breaking point.

Then eat freely from 5pm until 5pm the next day, and then fast again.

I like it as it means that I'm having a substantial meal each day, and I find I can go on only coffee okay. I did it a few months ago and the weight came off good, and I had a lot of comments made about loosing weight, so it must have been fat as opposed to water etc

I do a double at the wknd, eat from 5pm on fri until 5pm on sun, which makes for a nice break!

Thank you I will consider it, finding only eating 500 cals over 36 hours hard even though you sleep through some of it.

Doing the 5-5, on my third! Need strength of 10 men today tho as I'm training and lunch is provided, as was yesterday and it was lush lol

May give in an eat lunch and forgo dinner.

Having some tummy problems, have taken two doses of 'help' but no help!

Trying to get an essay done at the mo so I'm a bit minimins quiet, makes a change from using minimins to avoid!

Same one, called body tracker. Won't give you options to put in your own body parts, like I would like to do my chest and bust not just one or other.

How are you at moment?
