Oooh also...bought bit resisted eating a 9 syn Thornton's chocolate marzipan bar. Was feeling rubbish thus afternoon, bad few days, so bought a bar but then thought twice about eating it, as saving syns for tonight's meal and me and my don demolised 5 clementines between us! Can save the choc bar for another day when I can spare the syns, will make a change from a ripple anyway!

Had a very yummy chilli with rice, so can't imagine that would be too many syns on EE. Then baked apples with saltanas, figs and honey topped with custard and cream was delicious!

Well just as we were about to go to bed my son woke up coughing and struggling to breathe. NHS Direct sent an ambulance to take us to A&E, was croup and after having some steroids he,was much better. Didn't get back home until 3.30am and my son was up at 8.30am so feeling shattered! Had an Aldi pack of wotsits (4 or 5 syns) and a square of Lindt chocolate (2.5 syns) whilst we were there. Working on the basis that I should have been asleep I reckon the extra calories covered what I used by being awake!

Dinner sounds yummy - might do chilli tomorrow

Have a chicken in the fridge for tonight - think I'll just roast it - I don't do roasts very often - ermmm actually, I did one about a month or so ago.....that was the first time since Christmas dinner lol

I hardly ever do roasts and when I do it's only ever chicken!
 
I have put on 3 lb :( No idea how, was so close to target too, after last week's WI I only had 3.5 lb to lose. As I only lose on average 1lb per week this is a massive setback and will likely mean I won't hit target until after Christmas :( Plus, as I have no idea where that 3 lb came from, I may gain again next week :(

I actually weighed myself about 4 times as I was do convinced the scales were wrong and I couldn't have gained 3 lb, have never lost that much in one week so seems unfair that I can gain that much whilst still being on plan.

Oh well, what can I do but carry on!
 
Tuesday - mix2max

B - Green
Rice pudding (hexa) with grated apple and cinnamon.
Tea (1)

L - Green
Beans on toast (hexb).
Clementine

D - Red
Homemade burgers with roasted carrot, bns and potato wedges (hexb).

Hot choc (hexa and 1.5 syns) probably with a multipack twirl (9 syns).

11.5 syns total, might have a cup of tea and a gingernut later this afternoon if I get peckish!
