Sure there'll be a few mire syns once you hit the chocolate later.....a ripple by any chance?

Lol, how did you guess?! Just been round Aldi and had a look to see if there was anything else that caught my eye, nothing much I fancied except chocolate sponge puddings, but at over 400 calories or 20 syns each decided it wasn't worth it!

Tuesday - mix2max

Breakfast
Banana.
Porridge (hexa, hexb and 2 syns) with grated apple and cinnamon.
Tea (1).

Lunch - green
Jacket potato, beans and cheese (hexb).
Clementine and apple.

Dinner - red
Sausage casserole (3 syns for sausages) with fried bns and mushrooms (1 syn).

Hot chocolate (hexa and 1.5).

Might have a flake as well if I get to Tescos to get some!

Wednesday - Green

B
Porridge (hexa, hexb and 2 syns) with grated apple and cinnamon.
Tea (1).

Banana

L
Pasta with tom sauce and parmesan (hexb).
Satsuma

D
Veggie omelette with SW chips and beans.

Hot choc (hexa and 2 syns) and a twirl (9 syns).

Am making a risotto rice pudding which I'm going to try having for breakfast tomorrow instead of porridge. So it'll only be a hexa and 1.5 syns, leaving me a hexb to have for lunch and another for dinner. Need a quick lunch tomorrow (beans on toast) as I have a course to go on in the morning which I have to leave early so I can get home in time for my son to get dropped home from school. Then he'll scream until lunch is ready, hence I need something quick!

Friday - EE?

Have some friends coming round for dinner tonight, one couple is bringing the meal and another dessert, at least I think that's happening, bit stuffed if not as I'm not cooking! So have little control over what I can eat later, thought EE was the best way to go.

B
Rice pudding (1.5 syns and hexa) with grated apple and cinnamon.
Tea (1).

L
Beans and scrambled egg on toast (hexb). Apple and clementine.

12.5 syns for dinner and dessert, won't have any wine.
