Thursday - Green

Breakfast
Porridge (hexa, hexb and 2 syns) with 0.5 tbsp of golden syrup (1), grated apple and cinnamon.
Tea (1).

Lunch
Pasta with home made tomato sauce and cheese (hexb).

Dinner
Onion, pepper and mushroom omelette with SW chips and beans. Ketchup and sweet chilli sauce (2).

3 jaffa cakes (6)
Hot choc (hexa and 1.5).

Syns 13.5
 
Saturday was 100% with 14.5 syns.

Sunday

Breakfast
Porridge (2, a, b) with a tsp of sugar (1), apple and cinnamon.
Tea (1).

Banana

Lunch
Beans on toast (hexb).

Chai Latte from caffe Nero (284 kcal = 14 syns, going to take 6 of those as a hexa).

Dinner at my parents in law
Roast beef, veggies and 2 roast pots.
Apple pie and custard, very, very yummy and no idea of syns!

That's me done for the day, WI tomorrow morning and then back on track!
 
Well done on the chocolate - that's great restraint, and as you say, such a turnaround ... I'm lucky, I like chocolate but can take it or leave it ... I know I'm lucky on that score... I like my beer, that's where my syns normally go, but not had any for a while now.

Oh my syns go on chocolate, I never drink on SW, chocolate over alcohol anytime!

Breakfast
Porridge (a,b and 4 syns, golden syrup).
Tea (1).

Apple, banana.

Lunch - Green
Free super noodles.

Dinner - Red
Chilli and jacket (hexb).

Having a nightmare at the moment, our heating system is being replaced so I have workmen everywhere and trying to keep my son who has severe special needs safe is really difficult especially as they keep leaving the door unlocked and open (my son escapes and narrowly missed being hit by a lorry a while ago). To top it all off both our cars are out of action so can't even go out...ahhhhhh
