Forgot headphones so did weights instead of cardio - I would die of boredom on crosstrainer without watching the Simpsons!

M&S chunky steak on cabbage & cauliflower

Kinder bar (6) hoops & crosses (4)

Seriously aching after gym weights last night
Plan for tomorrow is remember headphones and do a cardio session at the gym

Didn't end up going the gym, left work starving in a vile mood then got soaked going to the car
Re planning to go tomorrow instead
Lunch was lacking in scan bran today, it seems I need these to bulk up the soup to fill me

Couldn't face going the gym got banging headache after barely sleeping last night. After going back to drinking green and peppermint tea all week I decided to drink a litre of diet coke last night before bed - hence the no sleep!
Out for drinks after work tomorrow as a colleague is leaving. Will be perfectly SW until it gets to beer o'clock!!!!
Ironic really as started to feel slimmer / less bloated in the last few days, but I can't get out of it and certainly don't want to drive!

Planning on 10 syns worth of choc or crisps later to finish off

Pleased to see a but a bit gutted I'm drinking tonight as it won't be that low tomorrow!
Hopefully back to that by Monday though (or lower) will be dragging myself to the gym at the weekend

Syns later will be kinder bar (6) to keep me company whilst watching a few episodes of Tru Blood. PJ's on, comfy dressing gown on, chill out time!
