Food diary - mainly red days

So Macmillan coffee morning at work turned into stuff myself silly with cake day.
Followed up by McDonald's on the way home - I don't even like McDonald's!
The scars and sulking of a **** week in work!
OH is not playing about going camping so nothing to look forward to this weekend (gimp!)
Going to have to arrange some random binge drinking so I feel like I've had a weekend blow up, hopefully then I can get back on track
The only good thing is not given in and smoked - just given in on everything else!
At least one star week is done hopefully my mood will improve

The blip continued! Decided to give into to the hormones so I'm off to Manchester later to get horrendously leathered - then it is back on track tomorrow!
 
So Friday Saturday and Sunday were horrific. Food, alcohol and smoking were all excessive!

After a really crap week at work, having to pay out 700 to sort out my car, combined with star week and me being generally stroppy I decided balls to all of it!

Back to good behaviour today, nothing planned now until farmageddon on 25th October
So I should be able to get in some good weeks in the meantime

Extremely pleased to WI at 185 (lowest I have been for a while)
Suddenly I have a new focus for some reason. To get back to the 174 I was before I went to Jamaica in May.

Tea was a bit of a strange mishmash as I was just trying to use what needed using - really enjoyed it though!

19.5 syns for food
Then several large gins to put an end to a bad week!

Higher than intended at 19 syns, however it probably would have been 19 syns per slice if I had ordered a pizza!

Ended up with no Hifi's here, so went for mikado (6) and nik naks (7)

So total syns for a Saturday night 31.5
I'm really pleased with that as for the last month my weekends have been shocking
 
Sunday

Bike ride 23.89 miles - burned 1159 calories
Used map my ride to track attached below

SW roasties (B2) chicken, gravy (2) Yorkshire puddings (3.5)

Made my own version of apple Charlotte for afters, SW style. Saw someone make it the other day and realised how easy it is to SW it!
Eating apples from the tree into my garden, made with sweetener and wholemeal bread to top it off (4 small slices)

Are half of it myself - greedy!
So my portion came to 6 syns for 2 slices whlml, 2 syns for the stewed apples (8 in total)
Was really nice and only 4 syns per serving. Ate twolots thinking 2 x whlml is b option so only need to syn the apples - clearly forgetting I had used my B options already!
