Salmon & BNS spicy wedges

Saw Apple Charlotte (1 syn for apples) one slice of whlml bread is other half hex b) massive tweak I know but I like it ;)

Made a slight cock up assuming these at 6 syns - wishful thinking!
They're 32 cals each, 6 in a pack so just over 9 syns........well worth it still!

Wednesday Chicken & cheese (A1) omelette Milk in drinks (A2) Cauliflower soup, mullerlight Hifi light x 2 (B2) No syns all day then out for tea for a colleagues celebration - Chinese restaurant set menu As there were no 'good options' I decided to enjoy it and pick favourite options then it would be worth it! Salt & pepper ribs (?) Egg fried rice (?) small portion Sizzling fillet steak in black bean (4.5) Milka's biscuits (9) Skips (4) So a day that started very well ended very badly! Initial plan was leave before they had food but felt bad going.....at least the food was good so makes it worth it in my eyes!

u dont get to go to a chinese every day so u shud have enjoyed it. just get back to it today. i did same yesterday, really good all day was in points allowance including lamb shank but then had a piece of tonys.birthday cake and nachos later! but it aint his birthday everyday. back to it today x

Have been as bad as bad can be starting from being in a foul mood Friday tea time (KFC) to chippy last night - what was in the middle was no better!

I am off work today so after I have done what I need to do this morning will be going the gym to atone for this weekends behaviour!

This week is mainly a normal one except am out of the office at an event in Birmingham on Thursday. Going to try and sneak some healthy food with me and hope no one sees me!

ive been bad to had a word with myself now though and I'm making a plan for the week!

Off work today hence managed to fit in the gym in the day - first time in ages so I'm pleaded with myself for going!

Made cauliflower soup for dinners this week, and a king prawn omelette for breakfast. Will be a really busy week at work so forward planning is a must! Off to Birmingham on Thursday (planning on sneaking a sw suitable buttie in my bag as corporate lunches are never healthy!)

It's all habit for me now have been doing red for ages
The new magazines focus way too much on extra easy!
There are a few red specific diaries in here they are the best places for stealing ideas
Have a look at slimming eats website (run by brit mum in Canada on here)
There's loads of great ideas for red meals there

More tabs than planned, not too bad though as it's been a very long day with over complicated meetings about other meetings!

Off to Birmingham for a with thing so lunch will be provided but probably not sw! Will be supervising high school kids doing a dragons den type presentation - should be interesting but leaving the house at 7 so in hoping the long day won't mess up my food plan!
I will probably be the only weirdo with a buttie stashed in my bag but oh well it won't be the first time, will just have to sneak off and eat it! ;)
