The bloat is starting to subside at last! Stood at train station been up since 5.20 so not faced food yet!
Will be a very basic food day today to fit around the course.
Whlml ham roll for breakfast and same for dinner.
Have 3 Hifi lights stashed as well for emergencies
Hoping virgin trains sell decent coffee to add to breakfast!
 
Thursday

Banana - snack at the train station whilst everyone else had muffins or baguettes - win!

Really successful today, course went well and I avoided all junk food offered at lunch! Somewhat of a miracle for me!

WI 184, so that is another pound off
Have lost a pound a week for the last two weeks so I finally feel mentally back on track!
Aim now is to get back to pre Jamaica weight of 174!
