Off for a meeting at Birmingham tomorrow, hoping I have time to make food before I go!
 
At Birmingham waiting for train home now. Meeting finished at lunch so been shipping for a new work look in the hope I get the promotion I'm after.
Reasonably okay food wise, on last minute so 2 x Hifi light (B1) for breakfast at 6.30!
Breakfast was provided, I avoided pastries and had banana and alpen light

Dinner was whlml bread (B2) with cheese (A2)
Skinny latte (A1)

I think wearing a business type dress for the first time ever not wearing pants for work helped to keep me motivated ;)
 
Friday went really well syn free all day. Until I finished work and decided after a very hard week it was time to go out for drinkypoos!

Yesterday was perfectly well behaved until after many many hungry hours smelling donuts at Cheshire oaks, I fell into Harry Ramsden's
Oops! Will be having exemplary today !
 
Sunday's food

WW pitta (B1) bacon, scrambled egg & LC sausages (1)

Hifi light (B2)

Sunday dinner - yum!
Sweet potato roasties (1.5) gravy granules (2)
Chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, Yorkshire puds (3.5)

8 syns used in the day - high for me! Would have has hexb of roasties but had to use it on Hifi's starving whilst out shopping

Syns for later - skips (4) kinder bar (3.5)

Syns - 15.5, A - 0, B - 2

Chicken & cheese omelette made ready for breakfast, and a pan of cauliflower soup for the weeks dinners at work. Ready for a good SW week!!!!
 
i wish we cud xx
im tracking on my weight watchers app. cudnt be arsed doing it twice. im staying the same at the moment...so annoying. was doing so well up till i went away then since i came back i do well in week, crap at weekends...resulting in staying the same! at least im not putting on. but im still 15st 2lbs and looking HUGE! bought a dress to help inspire me to lose weight but its just depressing me looking at it lol
