Food Diary of a Good Girl (10 weeks til W-Day!) x x

Less than impressed with my 1lb gain, even though I deserved it, it's still horrible to see!! I know it gets harder the more weight you lose, but I really miss the weeks I could be an absolute piggeh and still have a 1-2lb loss!!

Needless to say, anything that tastes nice has been hoovered, I had chippy chips for tea and I have given myself, yet another severe talking to!!

Aww hun, glad you have drawn a line... I got slightly persuaded tonight and ended up down the pub :-( my social life is going to nee a serious talking to! Luckily I had jacket pot and chicken.... But had a big chocolate brownie and custard.... 5 100% days coming up.

Right girls...well my vodka and rose wine binge from Saturday doesn't seem to have affected me because I lost 3 and a half pounds tonight, which got me my half stone award AND slimmer of the week!! Wooo hooo!! Thrilled to bits :D:0icanfly::party0048::happy036::party0016:
Tulip, 1lb on is nothing, that will defo come off next week! Nikki, ooh i love the pub, lots of temptation about but we'll do it together i know we will. Chin up girlies, hup two three four... :giggle:xxx

Thanks for the support, I just always seem to lose the plot come WI day, it's mental! It's probably because I know I can be a little bit naughty and get away with it :( x x

Well done on your fab loss lovely!! You must be thrilled!! Did you get any goodies in your SOTW bag? I never stay to group, so I never get to know what's in it, lol!! x x

Week 6, Day 1

Right, sticking to Extra Easy because that's what I know, and 70 syns... I WILL not go over...

Rules for the week:

1) I WILL NOT sneaky scale hop!! It affects my moods, my attitude towards food et al! If I follow this plan 100% there is no reason why I shouldn't lose weight!

2) I WILL drink 2ltrs of WATER (not full of artificial sweetner pop) a day! If I want the fizzy too, cool :)

3) I WILL incorparate 1/3 Superfree into my meals, on a meal basis not a day basis... This might prove difficult today and tomorrow... OH's Dad cooks for us, and they're a very peas and sweetcorn family... And I'm out for curry tomorrow night, so I don't want to use extra syns by trying to order some sort of veggie dish :(

4) I will try my best to have different HEX's each day... For some mad reason I have the best weight loss when this happens :)

5) I will participate in more exercise, because I've gotten lazy really! I have a 30min exercise video which is fab! So I will aim to do that 3 times this week!

So, realistically, I would like to lose 2lb this week, might not do it, but I'll try my best :)

Im with you on this! 5 days on plan now... Just been and got a 1.5 litre bottle of water to have instead of tea where I don't measure... Xx
 
Yes girls i'm with you both...don't want to spoil it now. Are we supposed to have 2 litres a day? I don't have nearly enough water so i'm going to start having it.
It's really nice that my clothes are all so lose, haven't been this slim in years, I lost 10lb from just before Christmas without really trying (no idea how!), so i've actually lost 1 stone 4lb altogether (7.5lb in last 5 weeks with Slimming World). It's so motivating when you actually 'see' it come off.
Yes my bag was nice, had all sorts of pasta sauces, soups, fruit, alpen lights etc in it. I got a basket of fruit first week too for winning the 50p raffle so I have had a lot of free food from meetings! I stay to meeting as we have a laugh...there are about 50 people and i got a massive cheer last ngt when I had to go up twice, first for half stone, then for slimmer of the week!!! :D xx
 
That sounds really good, very supportive! I don't feel like I get anything from my group, I like our leader a lot, it's just others in the class, I feel it's very cliquey if that makes sense, people talk over you and I can't be doing with the so and so's lost 1lb, how did they do it, blah blah... Also it's the logistics of it, I don't get home from work til 6pm, class never finishes before 8:30pm, I'm galloping with the hunger by then :( x x

I added you hon..nice to put a face to the name! Feel free to add me too (and you Nikki) I know what you mean about staying to class, ours isn't too bad, i finish at 6, go straight there in time for 6.20ish. Class finishes at 7.15 xx
 
Week 6, Day 2

Had such a fab day today :) Mini Golf was awesome, I came third outta 4 of us, which isn't so awesome, lol!! Had some drinks in the sunshine afters, Diet Coke all the way for me, cocktails for the others! I've resisted so much, so I'm proud of myself, did go over on my syns, but I'm sure I can claim it back in the week :) PLus all the trekking is Body Magic, right? :)

B: Pineapple, Half Red Grapefruit, 2 x little fat free Activia (Mandarin) Dark Chocolate Fibre Plus (B)

L: Little tub of Prawns with Cocktail sauce (1 for sauce coz I dipped a few Prawns in before deciding I didn't really like it!) Melon and Grapes

S: Very small handful of Doritos (5) with about a teaspoon of Salsa (1) and some grated Cheese (A) 2 x Roses (5)

D: Chicken Dansak (6.5 - Would say this should be less, but I obviously didn't have my scales handy to weigh it :() Plain boiled Rice, 1/4 of a Naan Bread (5, although it was a small naan bread!)

Fluids: Water (maybe only 1ltr today) Diet Coke

Syns: 33.5/70

Week 6, Day 3

B: 2 x little fat free Activia (Forest Fruits, Mango)

S: Apple

L: BBQ Chicken Pieces, Ryvita Minis (B) Melon, Half a Red Grapefruit, Hartley less than 10kcal Jelly (0.5)

S - Not all at once: Alpen Light (3) 1 x HM Quiche (just to try of course... 1) Banana, Milk (A) 2 x Pieces of Scampi (3)

D: Aldi, Northern Catch, Chunky Breaded Haddock (4.5 - This made my day!! Bird's Eye one is 7.5, whoop!) SW Chips, Peas

Fluids: Water (3ltrs if not more!) Diet Pop

Syns: 44.5/70

The little quiche are gorgeous!! I made them to take to work with me in the coming week (if they last that long!) seen as the microwave is still broken, thought they'd be good with salad :) I'll try and upload a pic... I haven't done that before :)

Week 6, Day 4 - Disastrous day!!

B: Apple, 2 x Wholemeal Bread (B) 1 x Egg, 2 x Bacon, Ketchup (1)

100ml of Rose Lambrini *FORCED* on me by the very nice lady... Whoops :(

Gets worse after that really... Ate Roses galore, WW Carrot Cakes, and all sorts at my sisters :(

Wedding Fayre was fun :) Think we've finally decided on a photographer, so gonna get him booked soon! Toying with the idea of a toastmaster... We do get one included in the package but she comes across a bit of a dragon :( Got some nice goodies like foot spray, vouchers for free bottles of Lambrini (which I kindly donated to my sis :)) Saw some really nice dresses, finally getting the itch to start trying some on :)

L: Salt House Tapas... I had... 2 x pieces of Sourdough Bread with Olive Oil dip, Charcuteria Plate (Serrano Ham, Chorizo and Salchichon) Fried Potatoes with bravas (like a spicy tomato?) sauce and Grilled Chicken Fillets with Minted Creme Fraiche and Peas... All in all, syn wise horrendous!!

D: SW Chips with Cheese and Garlic Mayo (2)

Fluids: Water, Diet Coke

Syns: Can't count... Give up, I'll try and be syn free til Wednesday :(
