Hey girls, I almost didn't go either cos felt humungous this week....* week plus started some tablets that have possible side effect of weight gain (boooo) so was expecting the worst, however I went tonight to own up and put 1.5lb on :eek:. I'm sure I can get that off again by next week though, was a lot lighter on sat so gone really bloated over last few days. I've got 4 awards so they always cheer me up when i'm feeling like i'm doing badly! I'm really going to try and have some 100% days this week, can't promise a full week as i'm going camping for a couple of ngts on fri, but will be good for rest of week (not tonight muah ha ha), and then mon and tues next week xxx We're all ******* aren't we, gutted for you Angela when you've tried so hard but half a pound is still good so don't be hard on yourself, will be big loss next week, you know it will. Nikki, keep going hon you're doing fab, 2lb....hmmmpphh get to the loo and that will be off hahaha :D :cool: :p Best of luck to us all girls, we'll get there xxx

Day 8 - 21/07/2011

Since I stayed good(ish) last night (syn'd all I ate, which is unheard of for a WI night, have I broken my naughty binges... Hmmm) am gonna keep counting rather than start at 1 again :)

Also gonna try especially hard with my 1/3 Superfree this week, coz I know I'm really naughty and don't do it, I just eat 10 tonne of fruit instead!

However... (hehe) I'm seeing Harry Potter tomorrow - So late, I know! We've booked Gallery seats at the Odeon :) This entails unlimited, FREE (I say "free" the price of the ticket is bloody astronomical!) popcorn, nachos, drinks and occasionally sweeties (normally Quality Street) That'll be a fun little test for me! A small, sweet popcorn is 408kcal and nachos are 350kcal... That's like 38 syns!! Wowzers!! Will think on my munchies... Maybe have half of each so I don't feel like I'm missing out? :p

Anyhoo... Foodies...

I think I'll have a little bit of everything, I never get away with this flexi syn business though so I'll just have to cut back a bit in the week :(

No luck on the gym, I cancelled my membership months ago because I live between home (where my gym was) and OH's house, bout 15 miles away and I don't drive, so 2 weeks of the month I didn't use it, then my weeks at home I didn't use it... I'm beyond lazy!! OH has that Wii fit thing and I've never been near it, I have at least 4 or 5 excercise dvds, all gathering dust, I started losing more weight or losing it more easily when I first started walking to and from work, but obviously everything balances out in the end, so I know I need to do something... Jeez, that was a nice little story for you, hehe :)

Best of luck for tonight!! I'm sure you'll do fine... I peeked at your weight loss diary and you seem to be set for a good 'un :)

I draw a lot of support from coming on here, i'm glad i've still kept coming online as it makes me more positive when I know others are feeling the same!!
I was terrible last ngt cos it was WI evening (always have treat). I bought chicken makhani curry from tesco (love it), made my own rice and also had a peshwari naan....bad enough, but I bought all sorts of silly things that caught my eye, the worst being a pack of mini cooked cocktail sausages which were reduced to 60p. When I got home I ate them all!! How bad it that :eek: Hmmm, will soon put a couple of stone back on if I carry on like this!! :eek::eek::D xxx
 
I feel the same, I think I've said it before but it helps me having like minded people about so we can all help each other along *big group hug* hehe!!

Wouldn't worry too much bout what you ate chick, it's done now :) I love cocktail sausages, Tesco used to do little packs of them with ketchup or bbq dip, yum yum :) Anyhoo... Back on the wagon :)

Day 9 - 22/07/2011 (Harry Potter Day <3)

I realised when I was updating my food diary that I didn't snack at all yesterday, I planned snacks but didn't need or want them, I think this is possibly a good thing :)

Harry Potter day *squeeeeeeee*!! I'm wearing minimal make up incase
I bawl like a baby, like I did last time, exciting!!

I think the food will go slightly to pot today, I normally have luncheon at about 1pm (I'm quite regimented at the times I eat) which of course is the same time as the film! I have some healthy snacks (alpen lights, apple, tangerines) which should keep me from being starving so I don't eat all the naughties, I hope!! Also OH is taking me out for dinner... I don't know where, he might even let me pick, which means I'll have to be even betterer than I planned to be, so I can have nice dindins :) I'm sure it'll all pan out, I shall update laters :)

I also plan to do an Ocado (Waitrose) shop to come mid week, any recommendations for nice things would be most appreciated... I like the looks of the Easy to Cook stuff, especially the lamb! Yum yum :)

B: Strawberries, Pineapple, Grapes and 2 x little Activia (Blueberry and Forest Fruits)

S/L: Apple, 1/2 small Sweet Popcorn (10) 1/2 bag of Nachos (10) Salsa Dip (1)

D: We ate at home, which is good, had Steak, SW Chips, Mixed Leaves and Tomatoes, Ketchup (1)

hey hun - woo at the Ocado shop - i recommend the Easy Cook range! The Lamb in mint and balsamic crust (well worth the expense) and the Thai Fishcakes are free! I also have the Chicken in tomato and basil - and these are on offer i think (2 for £6) and they are 1.5 syns on an EE/Red day. Enjoy! xxx

L: Roast Chicken Kebabs, Mixed Leaves, Tomatoes, Ketchup (1) Sizzling Fruit Salad from M&S - Apple, Melon, Mango, Pineapple, Strawberries, Blueberries, 2 x little Activia (Mango and Vanilla)

D: Smash Pizza!! Was ok, I made my base too thin, so it was quite crunchy, would do it again though :) Used... 1 x packet Instant Mash stuff, I added Mixed Herbs and Garlic, topped with 1 x Tbsp of Passata and 2 x Tbsp of BBQ sauce (2) Ham and Mushrooms and Mozzarella Cheese (A)

S: 1 x Chocolate Caramel (2) 1 x mini Cornish Pasty (4) 2 x squares of Aldi Bubbly Chocolate (2) Aldi Milk Chocolate Wafer Biscuit (5)

Fluids: Water, Diet Lemo

Day 11 - 24/07/2011

Not having the best of days today (and it's only half past 8!) I naughty scale hopped again today, hoping to see a little budge, I haven't been exceptionally naughty - I don't think, although I was a bit last night... But they haven't, stood stock still where they were at WI... Makes me really disheartened! I'm trying everything I usually try, different HEB every day, loads of Water... HMPH! Think I'll have a few fishie days and see if that helps at all :(

In other ramblings I am WD shopping again today... But we're trying a bankruptcy sale for something a bit different... Is weird, I cannot get my wedding head on at all lately! My 9 month mark is August 6th and I feel like I'm floundering quite considerably :(

I would really really like a holiday but OH gets moody face when I mention it because we're saving up to move in together, and I'm not very good with money anyway... Whoops!!

I can't believe I've been all doom and gloom on such a lovely morning... Sorry for anyone reading :(

It was gorgeous... Wouldn't have a clue how to start synning it... Oh well!

Gorgeous lady, lets see some smiles please!! You've not had a bad morning, everything is on plan and you only went over syns slightly yesterday :)

Such a gorgeous day, so go out and enjoy yourself! I personally think that shopping in Nottingham should be in order!! Hehe! We've just had the yearly beach put up and it's fab! Off to check it out with a few cheeky bevs later xxx
