Yea exactly.. We'll work out a routine.. Maybe it'll be Jono brings him out while I'm getting dinner ready.. or it'll be a short walk when I get in and his long walk with both of us later on in the evening.. Who knows.. :D Ooh the options h aha

Yea like you say you have plenty of time to get a routine going :0)

Thank you.. Really should have added some veg but only thought about it after I'd sat down to eat.. And desides.. I already only ate some of my dinner so with veg i'd have eaten even less.. I was STUFFED after!!
My thing is when I exercise, unlike others, I get full and not in humour of eating...

Yea can always have more veg or fruit today,i had less fruit then normal yesterday and as you say it's no good having it just for the sake of it!

 i love it!!! it looks gorgeous from the outside!!! like almost cottage like!!! honestly so nice! xxx

Yea I'll fit more in today.. We're due a thunder storm today (so glad my Dad's at home with Stringer) so duno if I'll take him out later.. I'll see how bad it is later before I decide.. If its just a case of wind n rain I will obv.. but if its thundery or as bad as they're forcasting I won't.. For both our sakes ha ah

Yea I'm not mad on the outside of it.. But inside I'm loving it.. And its been reduced by nearly 100k... So we'll have to be quick if we want this.. I wreckon it'll be snapped up at the price its going for..
Looks really nice :0)
Thanks hun.. Cud be mine..lol

Jonathan sent me another one last night.. Its closer to City Centre but looks really good.. Almost to good to be true.. Will post that link too..

Yea going out in a storm with the little one is not wise lol.Good idea to wait and see what the weather is like when you get home.Yea place looks like you don't have to do any work to it which is always a good thing :0)

o wow!!! this is sooo big!!! looks like you have quite a few good choices!!! xxx

Yea looks good doesn't it?! I opened the link n was like "is he joking!" when I saw the first pic (the outside, front door) then clicked on and was shocked.. Doesn't look that big or nice from the first pic!!
Its allot closer to city centre tho.. And altho most people would love that.. I don't.. It means further from work n family.. And hectic traffic at peak times.. And around Christmas!! Think i'll book a viewing tho.. Just to see.. :D

yer its worth a look isnt it! definitly, i see what you mean about the city centre and kind of agree, there are postives but also negatives isnt there. xx

Both houses are nice! The first one is a really good price and a good sized garden too :) Like the layout of the second one - loving that ALL the bedrooms have an ensuite too. And it has a wee studio space which is cool!?

5km isn't too far, you'd build that up in no time - you probs walked that last night, you did 50mins walk didn't ya? We let Molly run in the park some days when we don't bring her for a long walk, she runs like mental and puffs herself out hahaha!

Yea like I get why people prefer to be in the City.. But I hate it.. I hate that everyone is rushing to get somewhere. Its so fast n all go go go...
I'm not far from the City by any means.. With no traffic i'd be there in about 5 mins in the car.. But I hate everything about the city centre.. I hate shopping there, I hate going drinking there, I hate eating there.... I just don't like it at all..

Yea imagine having a bathroom to each bedroom.. Set up a B&B ha ha.. I think its a fab house.. I'll book a viewing and see then.. If its too close to the city its a no no for me..
The first one, the one we're going to see today, is literally across the road from Our Lady's Children's Hospital.. So about 5 mins walk from Jono's mam's and about 10 from mine... its location is ideal.. I don't really like that its on a main road. If we hav have kids they can't play out the front, but the back garden makes up for it.. Altho kids can't exactly make friends if they're stuck out the back can they?! But loads of space of Stringer :)
Always good to have options :0)
Absolutely :)

Well, been to see the bungalow... Hmmm.. Not MAD about it as I thought I would be... To get to the bathroom from either bedroom, you have to go thru the sitting room.. And its allot smaller than it looks in the pix... HUGE back garden and potential is great.. but I dunno...

Yea.. See the first thing I saw when I walked in the door was..... The bedroom is directly at the hall door!!! And that put me off.. And its allot smaller than it looked on the website.. But I don't know what I expected it to be... it has GREAT potential for adding on.. And both sides have HUGE extensions at the back so planning permission wouldn't be an issue

Maybe do a pros and cons list then Hun and see if that helps!

I love the second one, with the posh kitchen near the city
