Morning!
Well yesterday was the funeral/wake so was totally off plan and I don't mind. I was drinking wine and we had carrot cake and pizza so definitely heading for a gain, but with the hen weekend this weekend I'm not stressing.
Still feeling light headed and a bit nauseas which is annoying. My appetite through the day is non existent but in the evening comes back and is really bad!
Re-started the couch-to-5k today and have a legs bums and tums class tonight.
Having a red day today....
Brunch after run
Hot and spicy chicken breasts, lettuce, yellow pepper, celery, carrot sticks and 2 scan bran pizzas, followed by an alpen light (HEX A & B)
Tea
Beef stew, leek, celery, onions, carrot and swede with WW pitta (HEX B)
