Howdi!!

Well weighed in this morning and lost 2lb :) happy with that as its my first week 'going it alone' without a group and official weigh in. My scales make me heavier than the SW scales but not sure how much by. I'm just gonna go off my last SW weight and deduct from that for my total weight loss.....in which case I'm 3lb off having lost 4st in total :)
Now have 26lb to lose before Egypt :)
Last night shift tonight! I'm up to my eyeballs in paperwork. I've got to do a presentation and loads of appraisals(which are really hard to do!) and I'm stressed :-/ will be glad when these nights are done.

Red day menu

3am - cottage pie topped with carrot & swede

6am- fruit salad of peach, grapes, pineapple, tangerine and blackberries

7pm- pizza topped chicken (HEX A)with broccoli, 1/2 HEXB of parsnips and 2.5 pizza topped scan bran

10pm - WW pitta with chicken pieces

Not definite on syns yet but thinking I might go for hoops and crosses (4.5) and a cornetto (8.5)

the pizza topped chicken was lush! although my plate was a very random combination with the parsnips and scan bran lol!
9 syns for the day in the end just had the cornetto and 1/2 syn for tea as i had 3 scan brans rather than halving one x
 
Hello land of the living!!

Soooo happy to be back on normal time, especially because its gorgeous weather here! An what better way to spend a day when it's so sunny and hot......food shopping at asda and tesco with 5billion other people of course!! Got stocked up on some stuff for red days and have got meal plans for the next week until the hen do to keep me on track.

Today's menu - EE day

2am- cottage pie topped with carrot and swede

6am- fruit salad of blackberries, grapes, pineapple and tangerine

3pm- sweet and sour mugshot

Tea
Enchilada lasagne (am going to parboil the lasagne sheets first as they stay rock solid otherwise!) (HEX A)

Syns will be on vodka ( 3 doubles for 15 planned)

Post drinking snack- Special K chewy delight (HEX B)

Still feel slightly ropey today but think it's down to night shift recovery....at least I hope so and it's nothing bug-like. Lovely weather again so we're going for a quick half hour walk before breakfast then I'm tackling the 30 Day Shred before we head out for a wander round a park somewhere.

Trying to stay less than 10 syns today to compensate for the funeral on Tuesday which will involve alcohol and buffet food!
 
Hello!

I'm about to finish work yay :) still feel pretty rubbish :-( just don't know where this has come from but I keep going light headed and dizzy and feeling a bit sick pretty much all the time. Lost my appetite as well just don't feel hungry and the brief moments that I do feel peckish are fleeting. Not had much today and had a lovely roast dinner planned for tea so I hope I perk up enough to eat that!

Morning!

Well yesterday was the funeral/wake so was totally off plan and I don't mind. I was drinking wine and we had carrot cake and pizza so definitely heading for a gain, but with the hen weekend this weekend I'm not stressing.
Still feeling light headed and a bit nauseas which is annoying. My appetite through the day is non existent but in the evening comes back and is really bad!
Re-started the couch-to-5k today and have a legs bums and tums class tonight.

I've been AWOL for a few days what with the hen do and what not. Was completely off plan in an epic way but 17 hours of partying was never going to be easy!
Back on it today with a (very rare for me) green day as I fancied cous cous. On a 15 hour shift at work and spent the morning in court so hungry and thirsty now!!

Happy Friday peeps!!

Days off today and tomorrow (thank god!) and I need them! Work has been pretty stressful the past 2 weeks, I've even ended up dreaming about it! Annual leave in 3 weeks so got to focus on that.
Tonight my best friend is coming over for a catch up and I'm so excited! I've been saving syns for prosecco and we can have 3 bottles between us and I'm covered syn wise. My syns 'renew' on Monday so even if I did use 41 syns I still have my 15 for sat and sun.

Hello!

Well yesterday was not great...hangover from hell! In fairness I was not too bad food wise I just wasted the day lying on the sofa!
My OH's sister went into labour yesterday morning so we've been so excited waiting for news only to find out this morning she's still only 5cm and has finally been allowed to go into hospital. Having never had a baby myself i don't know how it works but she stayed at home for 12 hours yesterday until the pain was too much and she was getting quite scared (her mum almost died having her so its at the back of her mind) and when she finally went to hospital they sent her home as she was only 3cm. The poor girl was begging for some pain relief stronger than paracetamol and they just sent her home. The contractions were 5mins apart and she ended up in the bath at home but then she started bleeding so the hospital finally let her in. I know they're busy but I would have thought at 8 days over her due date, first baby, family history and the state she was in they'd keep her in. At least she's there now.

not ideal about the hospital (given the history!) but i think they pretty much don't want you in unless there's a problem...or baby's almost there!

Well....still no baby! It's been almost 60 hours now the poor girl! I'm too excited to meet my niece I can't wait :)

60 hrs..! you're right...poor girl! but worth it in the end! have they not given her something to bring her contractions on? she'll be so tired!!

you must get a load of potatoes for 230g? so far when i've done red, i've halved the amount and still thought there was enough...and means i can have something else too ;)

fingers crossed baby arrives soon x
