Hi!
I've decided to come back on here today and post a food diary as I'm fully back on track tonight. I can't make weigh in as it clashes with a family gathering so have booked a holiday. Hopefully the funeral won't clash next week with group but it's out of my control.
The past couple of days have been tough but there's a sense of relief that she's at peace now and not in any more pain. I know it was hard for people to see her in that state. Now the organising and sorting process begins....which is very emotional. The house that she lived in for 65 years is to be sold and all her things need going through :/
Anyway, enough sadness, it should be a time to celebrate her life too so I'm staying positive and hearing lots of stories about her which is nice.
Food for today.....
EE Day
Breakfast
Museli & 2 peaches (HEX B)
Lunch
Spicy tomato and red pepper soup
Snack
Fruit salad of watermelon, pineapple, satsuma and grapes
Tea
Steak, mash, broccoli and gravy (1syn)
Thanks
