CD Favourite Flavours

I was wondering what flavours of sachets/soups/bars etc you all liked the most & which you liked the least?

My favourites are as follows:
shakes - chocolate, strawberrry & fruits of the forest
soups - leek & potato, spicy tomato
bars - cranberry, chocolate orange, peanut
tetra-briks - chocolate, strawberry
porridge - apple & cinnamon

The ones l like the least are:
chocolate orange & chocolate mint shakes, original porridge.

So far l haven't tried the tubs with the orange or vegetable drink flavourings. Thinking of getting the orange one at my next weigh-in.

Thanks Disney, I don't feel so bad now! :D
It is quite good in 2 weeks that it's nearly a stone. I should be happy that it's coming off and not piling on.
Many years ago when I was still a pup I used to weigh just shy of 23 stone!

The CD shakes I prefer are -

Shakes - Choc mint, Fruits of the forest and Strawberry.
Soups - Oriental Chilli
Porridge - I can't really say between the 2 as I had apple and cinnamon this morning for the first time and it was yummy! I think I'll be getting more of them.

I haven't yet tried the bars or tetrapak's.

I'm not too keen on the Cheese and mushroom. That made me feel a bit icky! Toffee & Walnut and Butterscotch was like drinking sugar :sign0137: so I think I'll keep away form them ones.

As my CDC said last night that I may want to start eating the bars if I'm struggling with the 3 shakes. I've got 4 left over from the last 2 weeks. Oopsy.

Well I hope everyone else is doing good and keeping strong.

Max xx

Well done Quizz. Good luck for 100% today. :)

Slim hasn't posted on here for a while, hope she's doing ok.

Quizz, well done for staying 100%

CD is going ok for me, although in the last week l've had a couple of days when l've not stuck to it 100%. Weigh-in day is tomorrow for me.

weigh-in: l lost 2lbs this week - must try harder, ie no nibbling! :copon:

Disney, it's a loss nonetheless. As you said to me it's better to lose than put on. You're doing great.

I've had 5 days of 100%, a few days I've been very tempted. I'm really missing my Carbs. Bread, rice, pasta. Yummy.

3 days to my weigh in. Fingers crossed I have lost. :sigh:

Well done on staying 100% CD for 5 days. :happy096: I know what you mean about missing carbs!!!
I'm sure you'll have a really good (and well deserved) loss at your next weigh-in.

Hope everyone has a great weekend. Be good. :p

Just popping in to say hiya from Sydney! Scary in terms of food, FAB in terms of everything else!

Hi Quizz, l had a good weekend thanks.

Katy, nice to hear from you. Hope you are having a great trip.

Morning peeps,

Hope all is well today. I had my third weigh in after starting. I have lost another 4lbs, making it a total of 16lbs in 3 weeks. I went for my weigh in last night expecting to loose more than that because I thought I had been really good. So I felt a little disheartened by it but I think it's a great achievement. I have noticed that I have lost more inches than weight though. Also been toning as well so maybe the muscle is starting to build..... Oh and I found some bones I never knew I had. Great uh?! :8855:

As long as I get to an ideal goal weight by middle of July, I don't mind.

Hope everyone is having a good Tuesday

Max xx
