Hi Kals and all the rest of you lovely ladies who chat with me and visit me here, even though I've been useless lately! So sorry I haven't been on Minis for a while - I've been finding life incredibly tough recently due to the illness of my Mum. But I will be back in full swing soon!
Sadly Mum passed away this afternoon and I am devastated! Down with Dad and my Brother Matt at the moment.
Mum put up a brave fight and was positive and upbeat until the end when she could no longer beat the cruel disease! XxX

Mine had been diagnosed with ovarian cancer 3 1/2 years previously. Long illness and took us on a roller coaster journey that's for sure! Is your Dad still around? How are you all coping? I bet Christmas was terribly hard! !! XxxxxX

My Mum was ill for nearly 3 years but it was always hoped she would get better. She had something I can't pronounce (a neurological disease), this rendered her bed ridden for the last 2 years and she ended up with a urinary tract infection which killed her. That's the first time I've written it down. She was 67.
Sorry if too much x

I think we have all been through a tough year Hev and Lisa
there is no magic formula for dealing with grief and we all
muddle along and do the best we can
Our mums wouldnt have wanted us to be unhappy and they
wouldn't have wanted to live only a half a life with there related
illnesses....
They are with us every day, in every single thing we do...and always
will be
