Yes Kals they do. My parents had an au pair once when I was little. She was Japanese and used to say 'one bean, one sound'. So so true ;)

Week 2- Day 2- Wednesday 23rd January 2013- Working 7.30am- 3.30pm.

Early breakfast before work- 3 egg baked bean omelette with cherry tomatoes.

Work break- Fresh tagliatelle (1.5 syns) with leftover roast chicken (cut into strips) and passata with basil. An Activia fruits of the forest 0% yogurt. 2 clementines.

After work - A cherry bakewell HIFI bar (HEXb).

Tea- Homemade veg soup made by DH!! Contains onion, celery, cabbage, carrots, parsnips, potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, peas. All free...yaayyyy!!! Had 2 big bowls of it!!

Milk in cups of tea (part HEXa).

Total syns 1.5.

Hi Lisa, it was yummy but very simple - something you can knock up in a few minutes if you have roast chicken breast to hand!! Great for a speedy option for work and can also be eaten cold like a pasta salad! XxxX

Food plan had to change slightly!! I didn't have the Weetabix and banana because I only got the one break later on but to be honest didnt need the Weetabix! My omelette filled me up!! I LOVE omelettes! !! XxxxX

I'm fine. Weight wise - still at at target (ish) and have been now for over a year having lowered it twice.
Bit stressed at the mo though as hubs was in hospital (emergency) over New Year and it got a bit complicated this week when we went back for his checkup. Not health-wise fortunately - although the consultant did frighten me witha few of the tings he said. But beaurocracy-wise. But we'll find a soution somehow.

Early breakfast- 2 Weetabix (HEXb) and 125 ml skimmed milk (1/3 HEXa) (warmed) with a sliced banana and sweetener.

Late morning before going to work- A little vegetable soup (see yest). Large fish sushi from Tesco Express (4.5 syns).

Work break- Vegetable soup (see yest). A banana. 2 clementines. An Activia raspberry 0% snackpot.

1 Thorntons continental selection chocolate (3.5 syns). 1 Cadburys caramel mini egg (2.5 syns). 1 wine gum (1 syn).

At home after work - 2-egg herb omelette. 2 kiwi fruits.

Milk in cups of tea (part HEXa- approx 1/3).

Total syns 11.5.

I won't be having any for the next 6 days
as working and do not want to repeat the
bottom burping problem on the last day
on my last shift ;)
